I doubt it,
especially when the USMNT and Mexico’s National Team face each other in soccer as
many considered it as an all-around hateful and bitter rivalry!
Still with Mexico
having an edge over the USMNT with 35 wins 14 draws and 21 lost, but with no
wins lately, especially in its last six matches with three draws and three
losses.
This time El Tri as
many know the Mexican National squad is really looking to break that odd skid
against its bitter rival and this time win it with style by netting a pass to
the Confederation’s Cup as the sole CONCACAF representative.
With TEAM USA winning
this Federation tournament called the Gold Cup in 2013 and Mexico’s recently
doing this feat this 2015, the ball is in each others court and seeing who
will be in this edition its overall winner and net those generous bragging
rights.
As many call it in
Spanish La Guerra or the war and although the match will be held in Pasadena’s
Rose Bowl and its majestic record setting attendance’s that are 3-1 advantage
always and advantage for Mexico’s fans
over the ones in this venue.
The tale of the tape
will indeed be even but in the field those 22 lads will fight for their country
and the glories yet to come with all its honor as well the hoopla of beating
one tough client as both squad’s no longer hold an edge over each other.
Despite the US Boys advantages
lately, still this can be anyone’s match and with a certain fury El Tri and its
temporary Manager Tuca Ferreti’s wisdom can be a the difference as well
injecting the ambition to his lads, this can be seen as an interesting
encounter.
On the other hand US
Manager Jurgen Klinsmann will have his hands full, seen as a total challenge
once again and to prove his willingness to continue ahead of the Stars and
Stripes helm.
Netting a spot in Confederations Cup will a
total achievement for any of these two as well getting a leg up in advantage
when the time comes for the World Cup qualifiers very well play against the
best of Africa, Europe, South America, Asia and Oceania.
So at the end that
will get the coveted last pass or ticket for Russia 2017 as the proud
representative of CONCACAF and play gains the best of all the continents, will
be one worthy representative that will elevate the name of this federation
high.
The rivalry and the
heat of this contest will continue indeed in another time and place but for now
the war is on and there’s room for one squad, who will it be Mexico or USA?
This upcoming October
10th is the date and Pasadena Rose Bowls the sit that will determine
the winner and the hegemony that lately the USMNT has over Mexico or El Tri get
back in the winning columns.

have worthy winner and representative.
