No break for Hull City troubles

Nothing seems to go for the lads of Hull City, after a series of odd results that have put this club in the bottom three spots and now fighting for its survival to assure its permanency in the maximum circuit of Premiership.

So far seeded in the bottom of the table with just 12 points one ahead of Sunderland being dead last.

Currently in nineteenth place Hull City is seeing red and in a see saw whenever the Black Cats and Swans get in the plus side, by sheer luck, they avoid rock bottom.

Still that does not solves any of the Tigers problems and with a disappointed Boss, Mike Phelan who cannot find his magic touch in order to level his club into a more prolific run and try a jump-start out of the abyss.

As a relegation at the end of the campaign will be a total disappointment for the club front office and its followers who never ceased to rally behind their club, despite their odd performances.

With no immediate solution on sight, Manager Phelan hopes are deposited on the second half were he expects a sort of miracle or some divine intervention to turn things around for his Tigers for the best.

One positive out of this, is that he does not lose faith in his initial eleven and still believes in his Boys that can turn things for the best, but the question remains in when and how some positive things will arrive.

The only way this bunch is making points via drawing its matches, this club can create opportunities but the definition is still lacking by its front men and its people in the middle and not even in its backfield can deliver.

With a couple of formations used by Manager Mike Phelan in a 3-5-1-1 or 4-4-1-1, it seems these are not working as expected and not delivering to his initial eleven put in the field, both of these focusing more on defending than offensively.

It sure looks that way as the Tigers cannot defend and play offense when the time and opportunity knocks, something that is causing a lot of hurt in this club football, exhibiting in its majority a lack of ambition and a winning drive.

Very well, in each match played it seems that Hull City looks like the squad to win the match and with a blink of an eye, the tables turned against them and results evidently exposed with a horrible loss.

One after another, is the luck of the Tigers, after seeing their Boss Steve Bruce departing after he deliver and returned this squad to the grand circuit of Premiership, all of a sudden this club front office was in the task of finding a new leader.

When Mike Phelan era started, many thought that things would be a bit better at KCOM Stadium and maybe have a run to the league top spots and maybe being in the run for some European spots and cup play.

So far, the Tigers immersed in a dire situation, being at the bottom of the league table and not taking advantage when opportunity knocks or squads that they can obtain a positive result in future outings, the outlook of this squad looks grim.

At the end this club negative experience in the first half, should be an incentive for its Boss and crew to try to turn things around at KCOM Stadium.

this to save their already troubled campaign, with a miracle run, that can deliver their salvation and permanency in Premiership.
