Pep Guardiola Citizens setting the tone

No stopping the Citizens, as their one of a kind campaign these are displaying in this edition of the English Premier League is paying off after last campaign many of his critics fiercely exposing his weaknesses.

In this campaign, we have a new chapter to write about Pep, the man that has won its share of trophies with his Alma matter Barcelona and later moving to Bayern Munich and leaving his successful legacy in Bundesliga.

Considered as one of the utmost of arrivals in Premiership and taking over the reins in Manchester City to lead the Sky Blues to the promising land of Champions League a trophy yet to land in the halls of Etihad.

The investment that City Investment Club has perform is earning positive dividends and small but sure steps for this club looking forward to extend its dominance and authority in the whole of Europe as one of the tops.

Situated at the top of Premiership overall table with 37 points and leading their cross-town foes Man United by eight points and the defending champions the Chelsea Blues with eleven and Arsenal, Tottenham by twelve.

Although the league has quite a ways to finish this tournament, with many are already proclaiming them as the future league champions, in every match these display their power and game that not easily tis foes can decipher and overcome so easily.

Very well with today’s result against Huddersfield at John Smith Stadium and despite the bobo created by defender Nicolas Otamendi on injury time and going to halftime the Terriers were in the lead.

One thing David Wagner and company did not foresee was the furious reaction the Citizens are subject too, despite being one goal down, the pressure started since the early beginnings of the second half until that infamous play for the locals.

With a score that even the match at one courtesy via a penal from Sergio Aguero and later Raheem Sterling solo play in the 84, sealing the deal for Guardiola and his Sky Blues lifting with the win and not knowing the meaning of defeat.

So far, the Spaniard 4-3-3 formation has become lethal for its opponents with Sergio Aguero, Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling accompanied by a Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva and Fernandinho, these six are one lineup not to mess with.

Very well its defensive backfield that despite today’s own goal score by Otamendi, his teammates recovered and overcome the odds to rise to the win and keeping a safe distance from their Manchester nemesis.

Also under Guardiola, the Citizens have improved in several areas as well players that have revive their careers in the case of Sterling so far with 12 goals scored in the campaign and there is not stopping him now.

So far many managers and squads have lauded the Citizens thanks to their new dynamic game as top class and strong just in need of getting the unthinkable of trophies the long eared one that proclaims them as the top of all Europe.

After Pep Guardiola silenced his critics, exercising a total dominance with his style of football he is now displaying and implementing with his City Boys in this edition of Premiership.

Raising another set of questions of him and his Manchester City if he can deliver in Champions and bring not only one but several trophies to City after a first year that no silverware made it to the halls of Etihad.

Can he and his Manchester City young and experienced squad stop the dominance of a Liga teams being in finals of the Champions League especially dethrone the likes of Real Madrid dominating this event.

We are about to see the best is yet to come in for Manchester City.
