It’s where the folks and think thanks of the San Jose Quakes are on the arduous task of assembling an all-around contender to really make an impacting performance for its fans and confront its rivals with style.

For many of the Quakes fans, it’s a new era for their chaps and possibly sees their squad contend for several shields as well try to get out of the infamous cellar of the newly organized Western Division.

That were this club front office went in search for a man that can revive this club and get them into a top form to make its fans forget about its last two mediocre campaigns were the Quakes showed a certain curse by always finishing in its division cellar.

The past is in the past and now the Quakes are looking to a promising future ahead of them, one with a new venue in Avaya Stadium that will seat 18,000 screaming fans.

Another plus is the arrival of a proven winner at the field and now as a meritorious in his role as Manager, where he has amassed a winning record with his former squad, the Houston Dynamo.

Dominic Kinnear after being presented as the new Boss of the San Jose Quakes, it certainly gives a lot of hope to many of the Goonies followers that have seen its squad entered in to a certain slump.

No one like Manager Kinnear can turn things around at Silicon Valley and its boys, with a couple of MLS shields under his sleeve with then debuting Texas squad, this man can continue his winning streak in his new club.
