The Seattle Sounders in Dire Need of a Shield!

The Rave Green is up and ready to make another stand in this upcoming 2015 and try once again to net into its halls the always elusive MLS Shield.

Since this squad inception to Major League Soccer, the Emerald City squad has always been one competitive entity as well seeking- that one shield to add to their long collection- in its halls at Century Link Stadium.

Still the Sounders are up in and ready to front another contested edition of league play as well their Boss Sigi Schmidt entering his seventh campaign at the helm of the Seattle squad.

And very well looking forward to mount another excellent campaign and inject to his chaps a little bit of more ambition and determination to not let die when it counts the most, especially in the postseason, when the Sounders seem a bit indifferent.

Showing a lost passion suddenly, something that characterizes the Seattle squad- at the end of the campaign- they show a certain tear and fatigue, despite mounting a spectacular run.

By losing two of their most valuable players in the backfield in Andre Yedlin and Jalil Anibaba to English side Tottenham Hotspurs and MLS Houston Dynamo.

Some started speculating about the clubs dire situation in their backfield, it’s when those front office gurus put their skills at work and brought two new members to the Seattle Sounders family.

Making this club once again a contender and heavily favorite to net this time if possible that trophy that its boss Sigi Schmidt and this club wants to round up, with a ultimate statement.

With thirty plus matches and a couple of new squad’s very well reinforced in every corner, the Sounders will have to really be an armada in order to be a competitive squad as well dispute one of the six postseason sports in the new Western conference.

Two new members in this conference and what foes did the league rearrange to the newly reorganized conference were the Sounders will have to weigh the new kids in town in SKC and Houston Dynamo.

One thing for sure the Sounders as always they have one of the most solid and hardened initial eleven from its goalie to its front attack, making it a very complete and competitive squad and as well hard to beat.

That’s why the Sounders reinforce its backfield and added two new chaps in Colombian Andres Correa from Colombian side Fortaleza and Tyrone Mears from Championship League side Bolton Wanderers and former Impact goalie Troy Perkins.
Wise moves for the squad top brass as well Manager Schmidt to counter a disputed schedule and to make a stand in their Cascadia Derbies were theses matches really bring the beauty of the game a wonderful one!

Alongside a way to get even with their Southern California nemesis the LA Galaxy that they will like to embarrass and stop cold in its tracks the likes of Steven Gerrard as well their East coast nemesis in NYFC Steven Gerrard and David Villa.

It will be for the Seattle Sounders Manager Sigi Schmidt to counter all of these new challenges alongside his squad, that’s ready to fight another challenged 2015 edition of Major League Soccer.
