The Saints March Happily Past Old Trafford Sorry Boys

Desolate, clueless and not configured is the current state at Old Trafford and its Red Devils, especially with a Manager that does not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

By seeing how a Southampton squad silenced its prodigal sons with a lone goal from their newly acquired striker and former Hoops Charlie Austin.

Since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson, the Theater of Dreams has never seen any of its glory days, when this colossus never saw its prodigal son’s succumb so easily to any visiting squads.

After all the Red Devils have already, seen fracas with David Moyes who could not lift this squad from mediocrity and the same story once again is repeating itself.

With a boring or lack of dynamic Louis Van Gaal game scheme- not convincing anyone in the circles of Premiership and world stages of football.

Very well the millions of followers that Manchester United fans seeking prompt solutions to this nightmarish campaign once again and see some winning consistency from their Red Devils.

As last campaign many saw a light recovery and hopes of a renewed Red Devils squad, fronting a series of tough challenges, once in the Champions and Cup fracas and so far the reinforcements brought by the Dutch, are not delivering.

One bad thing leads to the other, still this campaign in its apogee and contested as ever, Van Gaal can make some moves as the ones he did in his time at Madrid and Munich that earned him his all-around reputation.

As in every article I’ve written in the past, I stated the way this campaign has turned out in favor of the small entities and giving the so called big guns of Premiership a run for their money.

Today with a defined initial, eleven sent by Southampton Manager Ronnie Koeman into the field- his Saints did marched in at Old Trafford and left it with a convincing victory over Manu.

What can Van Gaal do to erase that negative image, how can he take off the Boring, Boring Man United motto from his trademark he brought since his arrival at Trafford and how will the Theater of Dreams cease to exist as the one of Yawns.

Many interrogatives abound, as for today hail to the Southampton chaps and jeers to the local Red Devils, lacking principle and team work to define matches with class and ambition, something not found anywhere in Trafford.

The Saints are a hardened squad looking for ways to improve, as for the Manchester Boys who are showing no consistency, shame on you.

Sorry squads that after last week win over a revamped and rejuvenated Liverpool squad, this Derby win proved to be lethal as the hangover of that win was visible with a confident Manu squad that playing of the likes of locals.

They could won this match and with a streaked Wayne Rooney that always delivers on the clutch, tonight this chap couldn’t do his magic, something that he’s not the only none in the lineup.

At the end, this match showed off a sorry state for the squad at Trafford and Sir Matt Busby Way with a lack of many things and seeing how a small entity can silenced its crowds very easily, no respect at all.

Celtic Glasgow Becoming a One-Squad Show in Scottish Premiership

So far, the state of the Scottish Premier League is looking a bit desolate and solitaire with just one squad dominating the league overall top.

The state of competition of this league is becoming a bit boring and routinely annoying, with just one main event called Celtic FC and no dangers in sight for the Hoops.

Those one of a kind Old Firm Derbies, where 2 squads showed off their bitterness to one another and in each Park call it Ibrox or Celtic, the all-around excitement was very visible and tense!

I do remember those legendary Derbies between both of this Glasgow Colossus and with a fierce competition in every match among these town utmost squads, going for the ultimate of glories.

Once again, in this campaign we can see the Bhoys dominating the likes of all of the SPL and with no sign of a strong opposition to derail them of another league shield.

Still for the Celts and their Manager Ronny Diela is another campaign full of optimism and seeing a striker on fire in the likes of Leif Griffith’s aiming for a 40 goal season at Celtic Park.

Nothing been written yet as we have quite some time in this championship and nothing is given to anyone with an Aberdeen squad just three points behind the Celts, but at the end this can be anyone’s league.

I hope that squads of the likes of St. Johnstone and Hearts can really mount on a show and start a certain contest in this edition of the Scot Premiership.

Still there is hope in the horizon with a belligerent and hardworking Rangers moving up in the Scottish Championship and with very positives outlooks to their return to the big circuit.

For now, the Hoops have to rely on dominating the league and continue netting trophies to their halls at Celtic Park and once again go to Champions and see their fortunes in this important tourney.

I hope that the SPL can return us some spectacle worthy to appreciate in this campaign as the likes of Aberdeen and Hearts can turn things around if they start making some noise and pressure the likes of the Celts.

The Race is on and Red-Hot in the Premiership Cellar

The heat is on, and very well we have a race but from damnation of the infamous relegation bottom three and trying of going down into Championship.

We have a race soccer aficionados and followers of the grand Premiership; I know you think I am talking about the Foxes and Gunners going neck to neck and with a perseverance of a Citizen squad looking to make its move.

Nah, for now my attention is focusing just on the bottom five my friend, that is where the action is!

Here we got five squad’s fighting to overcome the odds and as many express their desire to make a triumphant return, to the big circuit in next campaign.

The heat is on, as for Norwich City with twenty-two points followed by a Swansea City that beat the Watford Hornets, along with the Geordies, Black Cats and Villains.

Competed indeed, this is getting into a frenzy- when these squads have a not so easy schedule coming but showing their resilience of playing like there was no tomorrow.

Hold down to your seats because no one wants to go down without a fight, as I state this edition it’s been dubbed as the David, one, where the small entities are playing like there were no tomorrow and ridiculing the big guns.

Still we have a few matches to see very closely from now on, despite some squads upsetting defeats over their rivals and bearing the underdog flag, the way to salvation is a bit complicated.

With an upcoming week with Norwich City hosting a renewed Liverpool struggling to get an identity under Jürgen Kloop, its nothing written here and we do not have any clear favorites to win this match.

On the case of Swansea City going to pay a visit to the Academy of Science and visit a hardened Everton squad- into a not so easy Goodison Park; going against a squad looking to get back their trust to its followers.

The Geordies of Newcastle United are playing a surging Watford Hornets squad, looking good in every match, with a loss that really hurt the egos of the Orns, another loss to the Toon Boys- could prove fatal.

For the Black Cats who are pinning their hopes as hosts of the Bournemouth Cherries, these looking like contenders lately and playing a wonderful football, this will be test of fire for the Sunderland chaps.

However, a win will keep the momentum alive at the Stadium of Light as well for Manager Sam Allardyce pinning his hopes on his strategies to save this club once again from the abyss.

At the end, yes the race for permanency in the big circuit , very well seeing one interesting one as well challenged for many of these clubs fighting to keep away from the damnation three spots that condemns clubs to relegation.

One very interesting race will be in display until the end of this campaign and here for sure we’ll see who will should it stay put at Premiership for another campaign and who will have the honors of fighting for its return.

A Goal Fest Marked the Return of Premiership Action at St. James

Nothing for nobody as a rainy afternoon at the Toon saw its prodigal Geordies play a hungry football against a bitter rival in the visiting Red Devils.

Playing a brilliant and determined football, that sends their guests home with a shocker for their Manager Louis Van Gaal Boys, who despite his chaps in Wayne Rooney 2 goal afternoon and Jesse Lingard score.

The Red Devils luck crumbled in the 90^th minute after a late goal that became at the end the equalizer and divided points for both squads.

Still a draw and a point in these stages is one valuable one for the slumping Magpies who saw their best game emerge all afternoon long, especially in the second half with a constant dominance in the Red Devils backfield.

Seeing a hardworking, David De Gea having one of his successful afternoons under his posts, blocking and stopping a very determined and furious Geordie attack.

That never ceased in its offensive attack all afternoon long and especially in the match second half, when they really gave the Spaniard a run for his money and finally succumbed to late goal from Paul Dummett equalizer.

Along with early scores from Georginio Wijnaldaum and Aleksandar Mitrovic that aided the Magpies, cause along net them a valuable point.

For the Red Devils seeing their lead vanished during the course of the match and seeing their three points gone and converted into one, they must admit somethings not right in this squad.

A win would mean the world for them and a shoot of optimism ahead of their upcoming Liverpool match at Anfield against a belligerent and resurgent Liverpool Reds squad fighting for the top spots in Premiership.

After today’s match final score, the Red Devils have a bit of pressure going against them with a draw and a loss this could complicate it for Van Gaal and his aspirations of at least assuring a European spot.

Contested second half and a very complicated panorama is seen ahead for Manchester United in their quest of seeking the league shield, that is looking very complicated if they don’t start generating a much spectacular and dynamic game.

Enough with the boring and today’s match showed off a squad ambitious to start a winning streak and bury its three painful loses in the first half to those so called small entities.

As for the Magpies after incorporating important players in the winter market, so far their outlook for salvaging this campaign will depend on Manager Steve Mc Claren ambitious goals in the upcoming months.

For them is now or never to get out of the danger zones if they do not want a ticket of return to the always-infamous Championship League, considered for a team of the likes of the Geordies as a fatal blow.

However, at the end these two colossi played their hearts out and with such courage is worth applauding their efforts and resilience of not letting their guard down as well their ambition of netting a valuable win.

The second half is up and running with such a display of competition with all twenty squads some looking for their salvation and others for show and position, still this version of EPL is the David that beats Goliath.
