Man United’s Theater of Pity

Suddenly the Theater of Dreams has become a sort of pitiful place for the Manchester United lads as well its first year Manager David Moyes.
When his presentation at Old Trafford arrived before the start of the season, many thought that he was the ideal candidate to substitute the all legendary Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm.
After seeing this brilliant Scotsman perform under the lights of a squad in the other side of Merseyside, which is considered a small market- still his Toffees really put on a fight throughout his tenure at Goodison Park.
Unfortunately for the Red Devils faithful, which thought they had their man after the departure of the great one.
Now is all pity in what many used to call Old Trafford the Theater of Dreams that suddenly has become a pathetic one and disgrace for this club considered among the most important in the globe.
Yes, those one and only Red Devils that always brought the excitement in any derby they participated as in league play and champions league when they facing whatever adversary- now their future is starting to look somehow worthless.
After all David Moyes is facing many enemies in several fronts that so far have given him a whole lot of headaches and at the same time to address those adversities he looks clueless- to manage a titan is not an easy affair as well task.
So far his Red Devils are situated in seventh place in the overall table and very far away from at least the last European positions to be taken, another one is the amount of lost matches with squads once considered easy and now they have a sort of struggle.
Did I mentioned their skid in front of their followers at Old Trafford, scandalous indeed, after losing with squads as modest West Bromwich and then to Everton, Newcastle United; to make things worse their lost to Tottenham at the start of the New Year.
Today in the FA Cup we can say another one bit the dust as Moyes United lost another heartbreaker at home in front of a belligerent Swansea Swan squad that never stopped fighting for honor and overall rival humiliation at home!
With a second half now under way and eighteen matches left in the remainder of the season, the Red Devils are looking like this campaign they won’t be bringing any silverware to the halls of Old Trafford as well any glory, like the ones past!
Red lights and a cause to be alarm is going through the Red Devils front office as results and its squad aren’t performing as desired as well not fighting for any top positions as their overall points of 34 in the table are not what was plan for this 2013-2014!
Somehow there can be some light at the end of the tunnel as well salvage this season, that looks lost but not in its entirety.
As the winter market is in full swing, United can really reinforce its weak but ailing areas- like its midfield both in its attacking and defensive as well- its center, right and left back positions are another thing to consider.
At the end the lads in the filed need to start playing with some seriousness and conviction if they don’t want to end in the relegation zone if results continue keep coming as adverse- Manager Moyes needs to get serious as well ignore the stands bullying that’s coming in herds, c’mon lads United playing mediocrely, not fair, not at all!
This game is play with courage and heart, something many in the squad aren’t doing it like the case of Rooney, which is becoming a cancer in the squad for his negativity and antipathy to perform under his old skipper.
Either you love the game or leave mister conflictive, if you think your destiny is at Stamford Bridge the doors are open for you and many others- this is not David Moyes fault but the players for their indifference.

Glory, Glory Man United!
