Aviva lived an ugly and brutal Qualifier

For the colossus of Dublin, Aviva Stadium, kicking out the second half of the world Cup qualifiers, the Republic of Ireland and the Welsh National team, the resume of international play with this match labeled as an all-around Derby.

As the Green Army considered as a heavy favorite and seeded in first place in their Group.

Many thought of this outcome to be one filled with plenty of amazing and one of a kind football dominated by both squad’s and showing off an exhibition filled with lot of techniques and top class action, after these two came from successful performances in the past Euros.

Many asking themselves, whatever happened to that Welsh squad that many fell in love with in those past Euros, after demonstrating a fighting will and spirit?

Very for their man at the helm Chris Coleman squad exposing themselves to nothing and despite playing to a tie, his squad hopes lie on a thread with just a mingy point for both squads but the locals have the edge in second place.

A dirty and nasty game the Welsh Dragons put on ninety minutes of this match and seeing how a frustrated Neil Taylor put the likes of Republic of Ireland defender in the DL for a long period after his horrendous tackle.

Yes, a horrible play that made the Everton man suffer a double fracture and to be away in a stretcher and with oxygen to relive the pain he was going from a double fracture, I mean a horrible injury that even the folks at home felt its pains.

For the man at the helm of the Republic of Ireland Martin O’ Neill shaken in his post-match interview, he was very disturbed and angry at the same time of the way one of his notable players left the match in such a way.

Very well stating his discomfort for the outcome of the match with its physicality and dominance from the Welsh at times, the North Ireland man showed a sort of relief after the play that could sideline his squad suddenly got the momentum.

Still the bad part that his squad came short in the scoreboard but readying themselves to their next compromises in June 11, playing at home against a modest Austria National squad.

Alongside qualifying rounds in returning in September where the Green Army will play as a local all of this matches except their Georgia match scheduled of the first week of this month, in the eyes of many it’s an advantage but for Manager O’ Neill it’s not a sure three points.

For the Welsh going to always difficult Belgrade and play a resurgent Serbia, the odds of making a stand are enormous after losing both Neil Taylor and especially their main play maker Gareth Bale after his accumulation of yellow cards.

Kudos to this match referee Italian Nicola Rizzoli, who despite of the elbows and shoves by both squads, he made sure the match did not get out of hand and reached a boiling point of violence incidents and fights between both squads.

Still both squads showed a high incidence in their game that reigned with a lot of plays were players from both sides, being victims of their own rough game.

As in the end for Wales Manager in his interview showing off remorse and desperation for words after the Coleman incident his as his well wishes towards the injured Ireland players, became visible and worrisome of the upcoming compromises for his squad.

Despite the game negatives, still both Wales and the Republic of Ireland lads managed to put on game and pressure both their posts and with no success and for the final score being a clean sheet for both squads keepers at the end.

To conclude, tackles to use in both rugby and American football, as the beautiful game should display a cleanliness and technique that can entertain and cause awe in the one in attendees and not rage and tension after seeing a shameless spectacle.

The Boys from the North making a stand

This squad is for real and looking forward to continue making history after a prominent presentation in the past Euros and now looking forward to net its ticket to the grand fete of football, the World Cup.

Its Russia or bust for the Boys of the Norn Iron!

Still there is a series of matches pending in Group C with a couple of squad’s in the Czech Republic and a surprising Azerbaijan-this duo playing a more than fair football and the North Irelanders are aware of their damaging qualities.

So far, the Green and White Army seeded in second place tied in points with Azerbaijan but a goal differential separates them and the Northern Boys within five points from group leaders Germany.

For Michael O’ Neill squad their businesses as usual and looking forward to a playoff spot, even though they finish at the end in second place and with an advantage of the always-dangerous Czechs.

By the way, North Ireland played today as a local and with such passion and desire to overcome the odds and seeking a spot to the next phase, that the Norwegian National squad was no match for the fury displayed by the locals.

Despite the Nordic squad sporting a new man at its helm in Sweden Lars Lagerbäck, the architect of the past Euros Iceland fairy tale and miraculous run, the Norn Iron was not to give an inch and did not care of who lead this squad or felt intimidated.

As the crowd, raucous support was one way to energize this squad and motivated those to the unthinkable of netting a one of a kind win over what seems to be a new renewed Norway that ended up bullied by the locals.

A proof of that fury from the Boys from Windsor Park was the total domination of the first 45 minutes of this match by O’ Neill 11 that displayed an all-around resolution of a winner and came with the best part and three points of gold.

Nothing is free and for the Boys from the North their dynamic duo of Jamie Ward and Connor Washington who spearheaded the attack and contributed to this squad notorious win at the end.

With ninety seconds and in the 33rd minute, the goals that seal the fate of the Green and White Army and maintain this squad on the chase and with the Norwegians counter attacks in approaches to the posts of Norwich City Michael Mc Govern.

The way Manager O’ Neill set up his initial eleven was with five defenders in three Albion Boys in Gareth Mc Auley, Jonny Evans and Chris Brunt placed as defensive midfield and with Fleetwood Conor Mc Laughlin.

A foursome in the midfield in Captain Stephen Davis, Oliver Norwood, Jamie Ward, Stuart Dallas supporting a lone Connor Washington in the front attack, the 5-4-1 formation sent by Northern Boss did function as expected.

The next match is against a renewed and resilient Azerbaijani squad in Baku, scheduled on June 10 and with the tone of an all-around final between these two squad’s looking forward to a win.

Dare to Dream, the motto for North Ireland

Dreams are what give life its all-round essence and for the Norn Iron, dreaming of another major event is something within their reach and aims.

After their amazing presentation and one of a kind performance in the past Euros, the Boys in Green and White are determined for the impossible of feats and looking forward to score another success in the Michael O’ Neill era.

With group C in full play, 26 March will be an important date from the northern part of the Emerald Isle and going against a discreet Norway national squad, playing as a local.

As Windsor Park in the background and a whole nation behind the second placeholders in their group, the Norn Iron is up and ready to start something serious and spectacular in this World Cup qualifiers.

This group is hungry, ambitious, and looking forward to a second round play, seals the deal with a pass as a European representative to Russia 2018, and continues making history under the mandate Michael O’ Neill.

So far, with Germany in the lead of group C and Northern Ireland trailing by just five points anything can happen, but for now, second place is a good spot to advance into the next rounds and there demonstrate their mettle.

That is the utmost goal of Manager Michael O’ Neill.

Showing off the readiness and new faces, the Green and White bunch is already complete as its Manager already trimmed his roster and with returning players as well new faces that can make their debut and maybe the difference.

Leaving several players out due to injuries and suspensions, new players is the highlight of the recent call up by the Norn Iron Boss O’ Neill.

As key players in the off list as Paddy Mc Nair- knee, keeper Trevor Carson and striker Billy Mc Kay- groin and Will Grigg- knee are the list of absents but that opened the doors to other players already recovered and poised for the challenge.

Very well with the suspension of Shane Ferguson comes the call up for Oldham Ryan Mc Laughlin, Corry Evans from Blackburn, and Craig Carthcart from Watford and 39 year old veteran keeper from Linfield Roy Carroll.

Another highlight of the Green and White Army will be its defensive backfield composed by a foursome from the English Premier League in Jonny Evans and Gareth Mc Auley from West Brom, Watford’s Craig Carthcart to make up his threesome.

The list of 24 for the Norn Iron is complete with players from English Premiership and Championship, Scottish Premiership and North Ireland Premiership.

At the end, the North Ireland squads is up, ready to net three points of gold from the Norwegians, and ready themselves to their next match at Baku, and face a renewed Azerbaijani squad on June 10.

No surprise if this squad delivers a key win and with the support of its faithful at the colossus of Belfast to deliver a win and continue adding points in their favor, if they would like to make the trek to Russia 2018.

The Boys in Green up to their tough test

No one shows up an all-around confidence that the Republic of Ireland Boss Martin O’ Neill, who is ready to face off with his Boys a tough outing against the Wales National Team.

With a match scheduled on Friday at the colossus of Dublin, Aviva Stadium, the Boys in Green are up and ready to continue their positive run in Group D and looking forward to seal the deal one match at a time.

No better than a win at home and over a squad considered pure dynamite and dangerous when they display their game in the Welsh Dragons and especially their not so secret weapon in Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.

Still the Dragons 11 will not be a walk in the park for O’ Neill’s Boys.

For the Green Army, seeded in first place with ten points two ahead of Serbia and four over their upcoming foes, the need of a win is necessary for Manager O’ Neill bunch, for a continuance in their group top spot.

As the North Ireland native gave his final cut and presented his 27 men roster and despite the injuries, this squad is up a running to netting a ticket to one of the world’s most reputable fetes in world soccer.

However, the Greens are up and ready to face a tough test.

Despite suffering some important players in the disabled list in Rob Elliot- knee, Paul McShane-hamstring, Ciaran Clark- knee, Liam Kelly- hamstring, Harry Arter- calf, Wes Hoolahan- quad and David McGoldrick- knee.

The Republic of Ireland Boss search paid off with new faces and injecting some enthusiasm on the compromise ahead, that has the label of an all-around Derby and final.

As in the mind and attitude of Manager O’ Neill as stated in his press conference, on the new faces for him, it is a time to step up and despite the crucial injuries-, this is their time to shine.

So far, in 2016, the Green Army has won three matches and one draw, the Welsh Dragons three draws and just one win, giving the Aviva Stadium locals the edge in some sort over the channel foes that look a bit hungry for wins.

Still it is what it is and ready for Friday and in a group that no one can state as easy and with teams looking to take points of one another and after the Euros, the Republic of Ireland amazing performance, the momentum is there.

In addition, the Ireland squad will have its hands full from its backfield all the way to its frontal attack in what sees mot be a tough but not difficult enterprise.

Another high point in this match considered as a bit emotional after the passing of Derry City Captain Ryan Mc Bride, a tribute to this great player to honor by the sold out attendance would honor this chap legacy.

To conclude a test of fire will put in full for the chaps of the Republic of Ireland, looking for the win over a difficult Welsh squad and a sort of homecoming for their Boss Chris Coleman.

These are the necessary elements to a grand match at the end for the Boys in Green looking forward to a great start in this 2017, maintain them in the positive, and wrap a spot to Russia 2018.
