Call it a wish that
came through for one of England’s top tier league, considered as one of the most
controversial and polemic Managers, Chelsea Blues Jose Mourinho.
With an all-around
personality or good fortunes, catching the eye and attracting top players to
whatever his squad is in charge of.
Jose Mourinho couldn’t hide his joy after landing two prolific La Liga
players in Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas, one coming from last campaign
champion Atletico Madrid and other from Spanish powerhouse Barcelona.
Still the buck didn’t
stopped there, as more players joined the ranks of the Pensioners after having
an excellent wheeling and dealing summer, via orders of the Portuguese.
Mourinho’s third place
finishes last campaigns, wasn’t a happy memory for him after being booted out
of the shield race and surrenders it at the end to Manchester City Citizens.
Not this campaign,
after landing his top two players, other followed suit in Mario Pasalic from Hadjuk
Split, Filipe Luis from Atletico Madrid and a bargain in striker Didier Drogba
from Turkey’s Galatasaray.
Jose Mourinho really
is looking forward to have a stellar campaign and seeing his squad as competitive
as ever, in what looks like a contested season in the ranks of all Premiership
squads.
Very well prepare his
squad to seek a couple if not a foursome of shields available to his Blues when
they play Champion’s one of the most coveted and decorated awards for any
football squad.
Also the Barclay’s shields
not won by Chelsea by a good while and seek the FA and Capitol One Cups as a
way of bragging of his squad supremacy in league circles.
At the end, this
squad is ready and determined to win it all in this edition of the English Premier
League as well make a mark in Champions League another event that Mourinho isn’t
a stranger and a winner as well.
How good are the Chelsea
Blues this campaign, you may be the judge- the longer his top guns in Costa and
Fabregas stay healthy, this squad will ride high in this edition of Premiership.
Score one for the Portuguesa
Skipper, that seeks to return to Stamford Bridget the respect lost to this
entity as well make it a menace in Premiership as well Europe.
