Looking good, indeed,
is what both Ireland's squads are suddenly experiencing with both of their new
bosses and excellent runs in Euro Qualifying.

The Norn Iron is
leading group F with two points over Romania and a raucous win recently, over group
favorite Greece; things are looking somehow promising to this squad.
That’s playing like there’s
no tomorrow in this tournament, performing with a determination of excellence
and to satisfy its loyal core of followers with a berth to the final event to
be played in 2016.

This challenge is well
meet by Manager Michael O’ Neill fighting initial eleven, to quell an attack
from the Transylvania blokes, these looking to derail the Green and White Army successful
run in this tourney.

On the Republic of
Ireland side and its newly appointed Manager Martin O’Neill, his new challenges
are to restore a new era of football- by restoring a more ambitious and winning
attitude to its players.

As one of the utmost challenges
for Boss Martin O’ Neill, is to emulate its contemporary feat of qualifying the
Green Army in the past Euro tourney.
The challenge is on
for the North Irish skipper to take its squad to the next levels of this competition
and deliver their positions into the final sixteen squad’s and deliver positive
results.

It’s what Martin O ‘
Neill compromise ahead of this edition of Euro 2016 Qualifiers, were the Boys
in Green are playing a surprisingly top of the line football and tied at first
in their group with a hostile Polish National Team.

The Boys in green undoubtedly
will try to get a positive outcome of this face off and close the year with a
win and maybe atop Group D, giving so far to the Republic of Ireland chaps a
sort of optimism, ahead of their next year compromises.
At the end, the tale
of the two O’Neill’s under their tenure, they are shaping a new era in Gaelic football,
making it a competitive, respected and ambitious entities in all of Europe.
