The New Galaxy Armada is a Squad to Beat in MLS!

This campaign it surely looks like the Boys from Tinsel Town, the Los Angeles Galaxy will honor their roots and get the appellative of FC Hollywood, for its constellation of stars in the field.

As this week their initial eleven with the acquisition of Mexican Superstar and Mexican National Team wonder Giovanni Dos Santos, the Angelinos will put more of a contending initial eleven in the field alongside newly arrived Liverpool’s former great Captain Steven Gerrard.

Somehow this squad is looking like its European counterparts in Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in assembling an all-around contender to meet any squad without any problem as well net shields as they please in whatever competition they may be in.

Still the league is reaching its mid break with its MLS All Star game to be played in Dick’s Park in Commerce City, Colorado, were the Angelinos can make their plan work out for sure.

Something at the American version of the Galacticos Manager Bruce Arena will start idealizing and creating his strategies in his upcoming matches to close with a stronger note and maybe with the MLS Shield.

That for now it doesn’t look like an impossible feat for the new version of FC Hollywood making honor to this world famous Angelino landmark that announces its presence with those beautiful white letters located in the top of the  Mount Lee north of LA.

What is next for LA Wayne Rooney, maybe but still the absence and hole left by American top gun in Landon Donovan will a tough one to fill in whoever comes from any of the European or South American leagues!

So far the  initial elevens placed in the field by Bruce Arena showed a very resilient and belligerent Galaxy that wasn’t an easy rival to beat by many in MLS- ask a couple of teams that they play against the LA squad and the array of goals they received.

Very well who will be the player to be unseated by Giovanni’s arrival at Stub Hub Park, after all the backfield isn’t Gio’s or Gerra strong point but the midfield for both of these two.

And for the Mexican being one of his strong points the offensive attack and playing as a frontal attacker midfielder of forward were he’s known for his individualism and aggressive style of play.

The question in how Arena will lineup Gio and Gerra, as his midfield with Llegett, Juninho, Husidic and Ishizaki and the frontal attack with Villarreal and Keane, where will Gio fit that’s the question, as the Galaxy so far has outscored its opposition 19-5 at home.

At the end one tough choice for Arena this will be where to align Gio or there’s a start in this squad’s internal competition in who will get the nod or keep its starting position in the Galaxy initial eleven.

Giovanni Dos Santos is another player that can make history as his countrymen in the likes of Luis Hernandez, Jorge Campos and Carlos Hermosillo who played in the LA squad and join the likes of CuauhtĂ©moc Blanco or Claudio Suarez as the top rated Mexican players in MLS.

For now the Los Angeles Galaxy will become a force not to be reckoning with  and will display a one of a kind football in whatever field and foe they go against- as well develop a more spectacular and dynamic game similar to any European squad.
