Ready or not here come the Red Boys of
Anfield, ready to challenge all of the so called giants of Premiership as well
regain their hopes in their quest of seeking the Barclay’s Premier League
Shield.
Who doesn’t remember that campaign that
Liverpool had a perfect run and remained at the league top for quite some time
and suddenly everything came to a sudden halt after that infamous draw against
Crystal Palace.
That was then and now in this edition of
the English Premier League, many are seeing a new Liverpool determined to win it
all and very well netting a positive grade for its Manager Brendan Rodgers on
the shopping block.
As last campaign, Manager Rodgers after the
Reds netted a millionaire sum from the Luis Suarez sale to Barcelona, going on
a frantic shopping spree- that for him promised to net another exciting
campaign and a possible run for the league shield.
Suddenly last campaign became went into just
promises, after buying a new generation of players that many swear it was going to be an encore of that glorious
campaign and these new gladiator’s saw their efforts turned into a bust after a
disappointing performances.
As Ricky Lambert moved on to West Brom and
still many believe Dejan Louvren can assume a total role as defender in this
campaign and to erase their not so good performances, as many hopes are pinned
in Adam Lallana, Lazar Markovic and Emre Can.
For this campaign the Reds hopes are pinned
on James Milner- Manchester City, Danny Ings- Burnley, Adam Bogdan- Bolton
Wanderers, Joe Gomez- Charlton Athletic, Roberto Firminho- Hoffenheim,
Nathaniel Clyde- Southampton and Christian Benteke- Aston Villa.
For Liverpool’s Boss Brendan Rodgers this
is it, the time to shine with his Liverpool Reds and cause havoc and play the
overall role of spoiler to its cross Merseyside archrivals both Manchester
United an City who really reinforce their ranks.
Being this club motto “You Never Walk
Alone” and indeed this club will have a good company in its initial eleven and
roster- to make front into what have labeled it as one fierce and contested
English Premier League.
And although many experts place the Arsenal
Gunners in the league top followed by the Manchester United chaps and Chelsea
as the defending champions, many don’t doubt the courage and determination that
this club has to turn the tables around.
Especially with a new campaign were its
Manager has a lot of quality to show off against as well expect from a hardened
squad- one not be mess with and to deliver a lot of satisfaction’s to its
followers as well some shields to Merseyside.
This new generation of players at LFC
will indeed bring us a one of a kind spectacle that will make any of its
rival’s think it twice to mess with
them, as many see in Anfield and attitude like of no room for failure but a
winning one!
