Eight years passed by
for this Hertfordshire based club, that as of today with the aide from two of its
closest foes posting odd results, suddenly they sealed their fate and pass in
gold!
For the Watford
Hornets once more are returning back into the high flying action of the great
circuit of the English Premier League as well compete with the likes of the so
called big guns and see if you can play the big role of spoiler.
Or be the modest club
and underdog seen since your recent promotion and become the easy target of any
of the already situated squad’s in Premiership- seeking to net three easy
points on your behalf and then the start of your struggles to keep afloat.
Nah, I do believe for
now we should spoil the party and jubilant joy for the Golden boys follower’s
as well its players and manager alike, after all this campaign was one filled
with struggles as well a heated competition to net the Championship shield.
Still we are to wait
for Mondays match between Bournemouth and Bolton with a win from the Wanderers
can deliver the shield to Vicarage Road halls, hungry for silverware from quite
some time.
A campaign filled
with a lot of downs and at the end with a brilliant up, so far this club so a
parade of four Managers in Beppe Sanino, Oscar Garcia, Billy Mckinlay and the
grand performance since his arrival at the helm of the Yellow Army.
From their Boss who couldn’t see an early celebration
for his chaps, when they won their scheduled match against a Brighton squad with
a 2-0 win, as they still had to wait for results within fourth place Norwich
City draw at Rotterdam and Middleborough loss to Fulham.
Halleluiahs of joy
came into the Orns Boss seeing his side assuring their destinies with pure hard
work and all around efforts that crowned their overall campaign plans and
strategies with this reward worthy of a fighter and ambitious squad.
By netting an
automatic and direct pass ahead of their foes and being the first ones to do
such a feat, the Golden Boys certainly have something to brag about and doing
it ahead of the Bournemouth Boys.
At the end the Yellow
Army really delighted its follower’s with a nice win that makes it their fifth straight
and this one seal the deal for their next adventure with the big boys in the 2015-2016
campaign that once again will be seen a bit contested.
And for owner Gino
Pozzo, Chairman Raffaele Riva and its Boss Slavisa Jokanovic will have to get some time to
confer and prepare to assemble a contender with their existing roster alongside
bring new faces to reinforce its weaker positions.
I do congratulate the
amazing chaps of the Yellow Army and its followers for their recent achievement
as well giving the little big city of Watford the happiness of returning to
play at what many have dubbed Premiership as one of the most competitive and
top class acts in world football.
Bravo for Watford FC
Boys!
