Whoever thought that
this was going to be a two squad’s show to the end, they were right on the
ball- after a campaign filled with lots of surprises and now seeing a couple of
strangers going for it.
Suddenly the English Premier
League is seeing a race to the end with a couple of strangers looking to score
the ultimate of feats.
With a resurgent and
hungry side in Leicester City a squad that last campaign had struggles of its
own, now if their friends if not foes could see them now.
On the other side, we
have another contender and renewed squad in the Hotspurs of Tottenham, that
after seeing their second year man at the helm doing wonders, they never
imagined being in this type of predicaments.
Still the Spurs and
Foxes going for the league ultimate of glories isn’t a side not accustomed by
many followers of the always prestigious Premiership, along of not seeing how
the Chelsea’s, Man City or Man United’s always spotlight.
Halleluiah and I am
one of many that’s welcoming some needed change in England’s top tier league,
very well seeing the same ones as a broken record, I do hail the change and
hopefully it stays like this at the end.
Because a squad in
Leicester City since the start of this campaign has been in the league top and
despite its slips and Arsenal taking over the top shortly, the Foxes astute
Boss Claudio Ranieri is a man persistent to his beliefs.
Very well, making a fighter
of his initial eleven as well bench, that lately has delivered important wins in
every match his Boys have won lately with style and perseverance.
Another in Tottenham’s
second year man and one that has brought an all-around revival at White Hart
Lane, the Andean Man at the helm in Mauricio Pochettino, who finally hasn’t
relied in his squad front office netting expensive and unproductive players.
Only the best this
man is getting to be in his roster, with player’s coming-out from the squad
academy and something this Argentinian Boss, who has depth connections with the
youth programs of every team he has managed.
See to believe what
we are seeing in this edition of Premiership, as history in the making with one
squad looking to net a Premiership title never won since their inception and
the other one looking to net a trophy or two.
As the Spurs so far
are in the run for the FA Cup and Premiership title, this latter one not won since
the early 1960 is as for the Foxes looking for their first the one.
At the end we have a
very contested race to the finish with two squad’s that hopefully don’t falter
in the last stretch and see one of them achieve their objectives as an all-around
achievement of their work during all campaign.
Regardless of who is
the winner Leicester City Claudio Rainieri or Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino,
anyone of these chaps deserves the ultimate of Premiership glories, who you
like to be, Spurs or Foxes.
Just let me tell you
at the of this campaign, we will have one of the best and among the most contested
of them all alongside dubbed by yours very truly as the David edition seeing
the little squad’s stand out to the so called giants of Premiership.
