Leicester City Nearing the Promised Land, One Match at a Time

The Boys of King Power Stadium are looking forward to rewrite history in the annals of England’s top rated tier, very well putting in display their best efforts in every match.

This is not something that happened overnight or hit the Foxes suddenly, as their utmost of performances started since the first match played in this edition of Premiership.

By taking it easy and playing a calm football by not rushing into things and taking it easy in every one of their compromises and taking them seriously as well.

It looks like these Leicester City Boys are for real!

I mean the new City squad that last campaign was on the verge of relegation and suddenly a stroke of luck-changed things for the better for this club, now are looking to make an impact in the football world.

Yes, my friends there are other squads that a squad that can win the Barclay’s Shield too and putting a stop abruptly to the squads of the likes of Chelsea, Man City and Man United seen as the only dominant ones.

Coming to this match the Foxes were in some danger of conceding a defeat, despite playing a squad submerged in the so-called relegation spots, the Geordies were showing off a new in their helm in Spaniard Rafa Benitez.

Something that put the local Foxes in danger of conceding a point of the whole match with a renewed and revived Newcastle United squads looking forward to start its salvation at the expense of the current league leaders.

Still Leicester City backfield really took matters into their own hands and stopped in its tracks a valiant attack and attitude performed by the visiting Magpies.

Seeing a sigh of relief by the Foxes goalie Kasper Schmeichel after seeing how his teammates really performed wonders in stopping the visitor’s cold in its tracks.

With a heroic play in the 25th minute by Shinji Okazaki, for what became the go ahead and winning goal of a much-fought match of the afternoon.

Taking the bull by the hors he heroics performed by the Foxes backfield and initial eleven will indeed  recorded in this club history as one filled with many memorable moments that lead this club to such marvelous run.

Being so far the talk of the league in many of its circles and the surprising run that this club many thought was going to be a temporary one, at the end many soccer aficionados not only in Leicester City but in the whole of Premiership awaits.

For the last match of the campaign to see a new face or champion lifting the cup so proudly and well worth of their efforts since day one and silencing many of those experts, Leicester City can rewrite history.

Very well, see its efforts rewarded thanks in whole to an outstanding initial eleven as well it Emperor or Manager in first year man Claudio Ranieri if he wins the league making an all-around statement to Chelsea Owner Abramovic.

Eight matches to go and a double-digit lead over Arsenal and Man City and five points over their closest chaser Tottenham, the Foxes can wrap this up in the next weeks of league play calmly but surely.
