A Sudden Competition in the Airtricity League Top

This campaign is showing off several squads’ determination of capturing the top position in the SSE Airtricity League, after seeing a couple of them entangled in first place as well a couple following closely.

The Sraith na hÉireann is seeing a campaign of high competitiveness as well ambition from four squads determined to hold the top spot and at the end claim this Federation’s shield.

and this campaign beginning with the chaps of Cork City atop the league, but not for long as their last edition champions, in the Saint Patrick Athletic blokes, made a run to tie the City squad, with 21 points each and a match pending for the Leesiders.

Not so far in second place we have a couple of powerhouses in the Dundalk Lilywhites and the Shamrock Rovers, these seeking a return of their past glory days, which both of these squads being just a point away from the top.

With this being a campaign in several leagues in the world, showing off a certain degree of competition from its squads, the Sraith na hÉireann is no exception with the current state of affairs.

As a determined Cumann Peile Lúthchleas Phádraig Naofa or Saints squads looking for a repeat of last campaign feats, they know that this edition of the Aitricity League won’t be a stroll in the Park.

Still for the City squad better known as the Cumann Peile Chathair Chorcaí known in Gaelic, this squad Manager John Caufield has the necessary time along with his chaps to mount and offensive and dethrone and stop the Pats cold in its tracks.

Another surprise in this campaign is a persistent Cumann Peile Dhún Dealgan or Dundalk Football Club determined to win the league top honors as well bring a shield to its halls to Oriol Park, that last time they obtained one was in 1995.

Last but not least are the Cumann Peile Ruagairí na Seamróige or the great Shamrock Rovers who last seen a shield and a glorious campaign was in the 2011 edition of the Sraith na hÉireann- looking to bring those glory days back to Tallaght Stadium.

Indeed, next week matches promises to be a heated race to the top, as Cork City is facing a Dundalk squad determined to win and take over the top, in the case of St. Pats facing a modest Sligo Rovers and the Rovers doing the same with a Limerick squad.

After all the league has 28 matches left and anything can happen between these four squads, after many European leagues shutdown the SSE Airtricity League will be in its highest and most competed phases.

At the end the overall winner of this event will be the ultimate achiever if this competition continues in its most heated stages, a winner with no doubt will emerge victorious.

The Seattle Sounder’s Great Dempsey Show

Deuce is back and with a vengeance, as well he’s making his club an all-around contender in this much contested edition of Major League Soccer.

In each of his performances, where he has shown his years at Craven Cottage or White Hart Lane England’s Premier League squads, were he really left a good impression of his game as well developed more of his game.

Clint Dempsey is America’s top soccer player, being back and leaving his mark in every Major League Stadium he’s played this campaign, very well showing off his abilities’ and technique in every match.

I mean in every match played, this chap has put his seal of scoring goals, which has made the difference for his squad and preventing demeaning losses for his Sounders.

The Great Dempsey as always been a contributor in the field whoever the squad he’s representing,  being considered one of the best players surged from the MLS and New England’s Revolution Academy as well worthy representative of American Soccer abroad.

Since his return to MLS this chap has become a striker not to mess with, ask the Portland Timbers almost win at home and Deuce took it away from them with a treble of goals for the draw.

Another highlight in this campaign for Dempsey has been his ability to beat the opponent’s defenses- that so far has netted him a total of eight goals in this campaign as well being the contributor to wins in several matches.

So far Sigi Schmidt the Sounders Skipper has finally seen the results he desired from his Designated Player, who is betting on him for his squad in making another run to the league postseason as well reach the always elusive league finals.

Being this the story of every campaign for this Emerald City squad and its Manager mounting frustrations, ever since this squad inception to Major League Soccer.

For now, Deuce contributions to this squads success in this campaign has been praised by his Manager and teammates alike, although last campaign after  his return to MLS  were he had a modest and non-impressive debut and campaign.

Not this campaign! Were Deuce has been excelling in the field for his Sounders as well being a starter and whose contributions to his squad, also being monitored closely by Team USA skipper Jurgen Klinsmann.

A Champion’s Afternoon Lived at United’s Old Trafford!

The winds of change were felt today among Old Trafford attendees as well its players nucleus, after seeing a reaction worth of champions at its grounds.

Indeed, a new face at the helm as well a living legend in the great Welshman own United Ryan Giggs who was seen making all sort of great decision’s throughout the day as well showing off a nice dark suit with all the looks of a dandy.

And what a day of football lived at Manchester by its initial eleven, showing off a little of yesterday’s glory from season’s pasts!

An Awesome an inspired Wayne Rooney and newcomer Spaniard Juan Mata were among the stellar characters in an afternoon worth of great football exhibited by the Red Devils to its guests in a modest and sudden decadent game lacking Canary squad.

There he was in the Managers box giving instructions to an inspired group of players determined to resuscitate a long lost campaign, still the atmosphere felt at the field and dressing room was a different one.

Still there’s room for a return of a more positive outlook in the field and the mood exhibited by the Red Devils players is starting to look somehow positive, after that needed change in the club’s skipper position became imminent this week.

For now the great Ryan Giggs will hold on his post in a temporary way, until his successor comes after the World Cup is over and he can really be prepared to take over the reins of one of the most important clubs in the world.

Louis Van Gaal a name being always mentioned constantly and associated in taking over a challenge of a great magnitude when he takes over at Trafford before the campaign starts.

If United manages to stay undefeated thought the remainder of this campaign and the players and technical corps are doing the ultimate job, I do believe in Giggs should be given the opportunity- although its remaining schedule ahead is with modest squads.

Including the likes of relegation prone Sunderland, that isn’t giving up without a fight as well looking for a miracle for its salvation, if you don’t believe me ask their recent victims in the Citizens and Chelsea.

United temporary Manager should continue his work as well the rescue of his squad return to its old winning ways in an effort to salvage its campaign and close it on a brighter note as in the past campaigns that have been written gloriously by this club.

Until next campaign many of these club followers will see with renewed hopes, the revival of this club and encounter with its old victorious ways as many in Premiership are accustomed of seeing in this club.

Glory, Glory Man United!
