An Optimist David Moyes of his Red Devils

A glorious and heroic act of perseverance and defiance was the one displayed by the Man United chaps, the other day at old Trafford against a heavily favorite Bayern Munich squad.

This campaign has been a horrendous one for the followers of the Red Devils, after displaying a mediocre and at time lack of an ambitious football.

One would say, what’s wrong with this squad, which once dominated the football panorama either in the EPL and the Champions circuit- now being the laughing stock of many.
It’s not easy for the hand-picked by Sir Alex Ferguson to be at the helm of this prestigious and well known squad worldwide.

With their lead man in first year Manager David Moyes, it’s a way to revalidate as well conquer the trust and confidence of the Reds followers- this by making and all around effort in the second leg of this event.

By eliminating Bayern Munich considered in different soccer circles to repeat again in this edition of the UEFA Champions League as winners.
Will be a feat like no other for the Old Trafford residents seeking a certain light at the end of the tunnel in what they have seen as lost and without any trophy or at least being in any European competition for next campaign.

So far Champions League has been the only tourney were the Old Trafford residents have been somehow successful and lucky, this comes after their elimination from England’s internal competitions such as the FA  and Capitol One Cups respectively.

Still time and confidence for his chaps is in Manager David Moyes mind, coming to this weekend compromise against a winless and unmotivated Newcastle United squad.

Surely a win this will be an injection of optimism for the Man United squad, who is really hungry for some glory and recognition in this campaign, lost after seeing their game sharply decline.

For now skipper Moyes really gave Old Trafford a reason to smile and think positive of their future in Champion’s if everything goes as planned, as well if Pep Guardiola doesn’t have a trick under his sleeve.

Something that tell us that the return to Bavaria for the Red Devils will be a game of nerves and strategy that if falls to their side will be a pleasant experience for David Moyes and his players.

Showing off a certain chemistry and brethren suddenly being embraced in the halls of Old Trafford by skipper and players alike, which can mark a return of the Red Devils glory days!
