How sweet it is to finish
atop your league, alongside a promotion, with an opportunity to perform against
the big bhoys of the English Premier League.
By defeating an
erratic Sheffield Wednesday for the minimum difference of one goal along Queens
Park Rangers and Derby’s defeats, that opened the door to City’s return to England’s
maximum football circuit.
