Ain’t no stopping us
now, is the new motto at King Power Stadium, as their Foxes all of a sudden are
putting on a perfect four match run and looking like their old selves once
again.
So far, their humble man
at their helm, Craig Shakespeare is seeing how his group is not getting tired
of winning match after match.
Call it in Champions or
League play.
The City crew is
looking good and confident in what remains the rest of this campaign, filled
with plenty of obstacles and challenges that can change the course of this
squad, but not for Shakes Men.
After their weekend, win
over a tough and hardened West Ham squad, the positive streak continues.
Leicester City sits
pretty in fifteenth place with six point’s advantage over eighteenth place Hull
City holding the last spot of relegation, but for the Foxes in every match
played recently, they have climbed one spot after another.
With their next
compromise being at home and playing an inconsistent Stoke City, last week win
over the Hammers, as an away squad is enough proof that this group is back and
running wild until the end of this campaign.
Still the Foxes have
a tough obstacles in their pats with both Champions and League play, were in
the international theaters these are playing another miraculous run towards the
finals of one of Europe’s utmost tournament.
As this group finally
is getting its grove and unity back in track, they are aware of their next compromises
in league play, especially in the month of April were many squads put the accelerator
and try their best to finish in a high note.
In the case of many
squads and Leicester City with a couple of Champions League matches playing the
contended quarterfinals against an always hard edged Atletico Madrid, their
work won’t come in short, if they want to continue their dream run.
In league play, they
have to outclass the likes of Stoke City and Sunderland at home and these
matches despite the foes in front, Manager Shakespeare does not budge to anyone,
as he knows the levels of difficulty he may be.
Very well taking
advantage of every match if he want to continue the success run and taking advantage
of their home field when they play the Black Cats and Potters, because after
their remaining matches to be played as an away squad.
To close the month
with matches away in Crystal Palace, Everton, Arsenal and Albion the task seems
to be a bit tough but not difficult if Shakes Boys can outlast their competition
and maybe seeing them in the overall table amongst the top 8.
For now it’s one
match a time and taking it easy it’s the word for Leicester City Boss looking
forward to see his Boys get a well-deserved rest, but he is aware of what is
next and the encounters he and his squad has to try and finish in a high note
and position.
The match on the
weekend against West Ham and playing away saw a renewed and fighting squad that
in the upcoming two months before the league calls it quits, the Foxes may state
of their mission as accomplish.
This is it for this
bunch, playing lately, and one mean and serious football as well kudos to
Manager Shakespeare for the revival of this squad and for being the sole representative
of the English Premier League in Champions League.
