A Bohemians spoiler over a surprised Bray Wanderers

There is one way to call this hard fighting Bohemian FC squad, which came, saw and delivered a low blow to the local Carlisle Boys, by playing the always-hated role of spoilers.

With an afternoon that saw an inspired and fought back Seagulls squad, their main man was a possessed Daniel Corcoran that after the locals opened the scoreboard.

The visitors came back to an unusual extent.

After a one of a kind campaign staged by the Bray Boys in this campaign fighting side by side with the league past three time defending champions Dundalk FC, todays defeat in the hands of a modest Gypsy squad.

Came like a pail of cold water at the end for the startled Gulls.

Still this was one contested match since the get go, as the locals via Tom Clancy opened the score to a frantic Grounds cheering for their Boys, as it looked as they had this match after their early dominance and heading to an easy win.

Not today, as a repeat of that early start in the campaign when these two squared off in Dalymont and Corcoran did a repass of the Gulls defense with a double and today was an encore of that March performance he had in Phibsboro.

A win is a win and for the Gypsies the feat was a giant step towards their leap towards salvation, as every point considered valuable for Keith Long and his bunch delivering three points of gold and moving up on the table.

So far seeded in seventh place the Bohs played honoring their moniker of big club and moving up the overall table and with the hopes of this being their long awaited year of being among the top three.

Still there is a long way to go in this campaign and anything can happen, as they are looking forward to continue their ascent in the overall table, for the Wanderers this loss meant a drop to third place.

In the case of the Bohemians, this win means a spark in their quest for salvation, became an all-around contender in this campaign, and tries their best to finish among the top three tasks not impossible.

For now, the Dublin boys will savor this win considered as raucous after coming as underdogs and delivered the unthinkable against a tough and resilient Bray Wanderers squad that now is sitting in third place.

Very well getting ready to receive a dangerous and looking good lately Limerick FC Blues on a Tuesday night match and again going to Galway to play a resurgent Tribesmen.

Notable and on a fighting stance is what this Bohemian squad is looking like to front in what seems to be another contested campaign and these finally are playing a decent football and their aims is to see some consistence the rest of this campaign.
