It does not come easy
for the Chelsea Blues but they finally can state firmly and proudly to all the
confines of Premiership- we are the champions my friends!
Indeed, they did rock
the whole of Premiership, with just a simple mission accomplished from their
Boss Antonio Conte.
For the former
Juventus and Italian National Team Manager, in his first year in Premiership
and taking over a troublesome Blues squad and with a group of mutineers, the
task was not easy or overwhelming for Conte.
Still it was business
as usual for him and by taking over one of the most daring of challenges, he ever
experienced in his career, a tough Chelsea job, one that its players mutiny against
their former manager.
Very well a tough
quest to try to manage a group of troubling group of untouchable superstars.
To turn things around
Stamford Bridge, Conte did not hesitated to impose his rule and law to this
unwilling group that after breaking and reaching into them, the table’s turn
for the best for these avid Londoners.
After a series of
changes and the arrival of Michy Batshuayi, Eduardo, Marcos Alonso, David Luiz
and N’ Golo Konte proving to be the ideal arrivals to Stamford Bridge, very well
a new series of tactics and game in its bold and effective 3-4-3 formation that
at the end worked wonders.
His authority and new
system implemented became notable in the untouchables Costa, Fabregas and
Hazard who converted to the means and ways of the Italian system and at these
had a memorable campaign.
By turning the
negative into a more positive ambiance in the dressing room to the pitch all of
a sudden we have a harmonious and team unified playing in brethren and hungry
for success.
As the troubles of
Costa and Hazard long disappeared and substituted by a more determined and ambitious
players as well Fabregas relegated to the bench and coming out of it with an all-around
statement.
With Conte,
everything changed tactical, attitudes and new energy that the Italian brought
were the reasons of their current success and now looking forward to make it a
double with an FA Final against their cross-town archrivals the Arsenal
Gunners.
Still this operate
chivalry and out of this world touch with the players and his respect to them
is one of his utmost of successes that has made him as one of the most admired and
sought of managers as Milan prepares a mega deal for his services.
Returning to tonight’s
match, playing at the Hawthorns as a visitor and this venue considered a tough
venue to play and with an opposing Albion Boss in Tony Pulis, known in the past
to play with his squads the role of spoilers.
His tactics worked in
the course of the whole match until Contes moves and among one of them when the
game hero Michy Batshuayi came in the 76-minute and deliver in the 82nd
minute to seal the deal to claim their sixth title in history.
Congratulations
Chelsea Blues for your grand achievement!
