The League of Ireland Derby between Cork City and Dundalk was the highlight of this weekend of action in Eire Premiership, in addition of seeing another contest between the Shamrock Rovers and Waterford.
However, the best part of this association was the game between the Rebel Army and the Lilywhites, as the latter ones with a commanding lead of six points and playing in Turner’s Field were these have not won for a span of two years.
This weekend match was to become pure dynamite for those following closely this race for the league shield with just five matches left in the agonizing campaign, the question can City defend its shield or will it go to The Town.
