The Wolves putting West Ham on high alert after another upsetting loss

West Ham United 0, Wolverhampton 1
London Stadium, London

A win on the road is somehow amazing for newly promoted Wolverhampton and for one happy man in its helm Nuno Espiritu Santo delivering his first win of the campaign on the road.

However facing a troublesome squad that has all the right players and after a whooping shopping spree of around £100 million pounds to bring nine players to uplift this squad and make it an all competitor.  London is calling for results from its Hammers looking in a sorry state!

In addition, of getting a well-known name to manage in London Stadium, looking forward to make, and spectacular run in the campaign, especially in its early stages that so far has turned into a total farce and submerging the club deep into the bottom of the table.

All of a sudden, we have a board of directors discussing the best way to alleviate the sudden crisis their club is in and look for ways to make this project take off for the better before it goes for the worst.

Still losing at home and dropping points like bad habits is somehow a cause for alert for West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini formerly a winner with Manchester City but hence the comparison, despite this club reinforcing and getting the players the Chilean ask for.

For the visiting and momentum ridden Wolves in every match these are showing off their might and awakening for the better despite getting reinforced with a few non impacting players that are working and adapting to manager Espiritu Santo demands.

In four matches, these have lost two but managed to draw against the defending champions Manchester City and now this win on the road over a decimated and hapless Academy of Football enduring its fourth loss of the campaign.

To a near sold out London Stadium the Hammers were looking to shake off their odd streak with a win at every cost over the visiting Wanderers that their total aims were to get the win at any cost and take advantage of their foes disillusioned run.

With the match totally tied and looking to end in a stalemate and a share of points, probably this final score would be ideal for the local Irons to uplift their all-around confidence and now focusing on their next matches.

The Wolves came to play football and these delivered a grand match that in the ending minutes on injury time these pulled a rabbit out of the hat with a late score from Adama Traore in the 93’ minute with Leo Bonatini assisting for the man of the match to score the game winner.

Leaving thousands of West Ham followers in disappointment after seeing their squad succumbed one more time adding their fourth loss in a consecutive way and possibly putting its directives in a state of anxiety after seeing the disappointment their club is performing.

For manager Pellegrini in need of an instant miracle to deliver with his Irons soon, despite the outlook does not look too promising when you have Everton, Chelsea and Manchester United in the horizon.

On the visitors, side the Wolves with this win puts them in whooping ninth place with five points and netting their first win of the campaign elevating their all-around momentum in this campaign and taking matter one match at a time.
