For sure, this squad will look for its long permanency.

In spite of all the squads in Airtricity arming themselves an armada, manager O’ Neill is confident of his squad plagued with young lads is ready to rock the foundations of this association entering into what looks a state of total competition.
With many new players reinforcing many squads coming especially from England’s Championship and Premiership associations that for sure, will elevate the levels in the LOI.

After last year displaying a one of a kind campaign winning their promotion, then Universities and Colleges league and the Collingwood Cup giving this young club a taste of what is to win a piece of silverware.
Still the path to a prolific and successful run in the SSE will be one amazing challenge that manger Colin O’ Neill and company must prepare ahead and see it a some way of having fun and taking each game one match at a time.

In the end, the return of Captain Gary O’ Neill adding the potential of Neil Farrugia, Liam Scales and Connor Kearns for sure will be a boost of confidences for this club and seeking to score a number of upsets in the end.
For UCD this campaign forget a run for the top four but do not discard or underestimate the push of this group of dreamers looking forward to go against the odds of being a long shoot. To conclude a successful 2019 campaign this club can fight for its permanency and see the light of another campaign in the League of Ireland Premier Division.
