NYCFC ready with to shine under manager Ronny Deila

With an impressive managerial CV Ronny Deila stints in his native Norway with Il Brodd, Stromgosdet, and Valerenga, adding almighty Celtic Glasgow to the list, the NYCFC has deposited its trust in the Norwegian.

The question arises of the man can finally take the American version of the Sky Blues to the promise lands of the league finals, after all the team has made it into the three consecutive conference semifinals but the team coming short.

For manager Ronny Deila this is his big opportunity to display his attacking, defending and entertaining football, considered as one of his trademarks and now the man can display it one more time in the colossus of the Bronx.

However, for the Blue Bombers seeing a return of its majority of starters and considered in many MLS circles as one of the most effective and with the best chemistry in the field, the Gotham Boys are ready to rock the whole league.

The departure of Ben Sweat to Inter Miami will not be considered as appalling, with this club directives on the hunt for players to replace this left-back in the team somehow the team is not in need of any impact players.

So far, the arrivals of defender Gudmundur Thorarinsson from IKF Norrkoping of the Swedish League and midfielder Gediom Zelalem considered once a top prospect for Premiership side Arsenal after several teams move it looks like finally, he found a home in the Bronx side.

In addition of signing young promise in USMNT international midfielder Keaton Parkes coming from his formative and playing days in the Portuguese League Varzim and Benfica where he develops his skills and now put them in good use for manager Diela game plan.

Still, for the Gothic Boys, this season somehow will be another promising one as well full of success from start to its finish but can Deila delivers the ultimate of feats in a trip to the always elusive finals for the Bronx Bombers.

As the team currently playing the Concachampions League and opening against Costa Rica’s Asociacion Deportiva San Carlos in Ciudad Quesada’s Stadium Carlos Ugalde Alvarez and opening with a 5-3 win on the road on manager Deila official debut.

The way this team is currently managing its preseason somehow has paid off in their international adventure in Costa Rican lands, as well, these having a positive preseason the team is looking good.

My conclusion for this side will be in its new game plan and offensive prone 4-3-3 formation used recently by debutante manager Deila looking forward to the making of the Bronx Blues a contender and display a strong game.

A finish among the top four spots will be the appropriate one for a team that will come back with eh majority of its base and maybe the odds of a run to the league finals are within their reach this time, can they do it?
