The Montreal Impact and Thierry Henry ready to shake MLS

For the former Arsenal and Red Bulls great, Thierry Henry is ready to make his debut as a manager in Major League Soccer with the City of Mary's side, being this is his second stint in the helm of a professional side.

This season for the French national great, he will have his hands full under the helm of Le Gars, with the club Talisman player gone to his native Argentina side San Lorenzo, for Henry his approach will be of life sans Ignacio Piatti.

However, this club front office somehow does not give up on his task of building for every season a total contender, very well looking forward to another memorable performance when they reached the CONCACAF finals against Mexican side Club America.

For the Saputo clan the owners, their approach of netting a manager of the quality of Thierry Henry, for him this will be a tough test in his new career as a manager looking to match his success as a player and now as a manager.

As mister Saputo is tired of seeing mediocre campaigns in Le Gars and missing the postseason in three consecutive seasons, something he is looking forward to ending with Henry as his manager that hopefully delivers a pass into the playoffs.

Somehow for their cross the 401 route the TFC, seeing their success with three runs to the league finals and winning a cup and two runner up finishes, for the Impact its time for some radical changes in this team to become that contender envisioned since its inception to MLS.

For this team top player departure, the need to build-up on the preseason is imperative for this club to make a decorous run in the regular season and become the winner with several important trophies among one of them the league shield.

By building up with a few players that can become the next club Talisman as well important in their plans to go to the league finals, the Impact went on the task of going for quality people that on the end become its leading of playmakers.

New players in forward Romell Quioto from the Houston Dynamo, center- back Joel Waterman from the Cavalry FC Canadian league, midfielder Steeven Saba from Violette Athletic Club from Haiti, midfielder Emanuel Maciel from Argentinian side San Lorenzo and center- back Luis Binks from U-23 English side Tottenham.

In addition to giving some players new contracts in goalkeeper Clement Diop, Anthony Jackson- Hamel, Rod Fanni, Samuel Piette, HG Ballou Tabla, Orji Okwonkwo on loan from Bologna and Zachary Brault- Guillard.

My conclusion will be a total challenge for newcomer manager Thierry Henry with a new concept and format already familiar during in his player years with the NY Red Bulls, as his side competing in the always disputed Eastern Conference.

For debutante manager Henry if he plays his cards right, he may take the Impact to a finish in sixth or barely squeezing in seventh place to earn a postseason berth, but don’t hold your breath for this club a consistency will be their best ally.
