Can Arsenal prove its grit?

This 2016 marks eleven years since the Gunners have not won a league title, still the tenacity that this club has, never diminishes in every campaign as its top four finishes shows off this club mettle.

Despite the club top rated and winningest Boss in Arsene Wegner, the relationship between him and these club followers considered as a love- hate one. Every campaign the signs asking for his resignation numbers not one but hundreds if not thousands, still their thankfulness for such wonderful years of Arsenal does not condone that his time in North London has ended.
Still the return of Wegner once again is welcome thanks to his winning ways and making this club a competitor, year after year.

So far, in this campaign, the Frenchman had a wish list of several key players, still the man has a right to dream, as the reality was that many squads do not desire to let go of its top rated playmakers.

In comparison to its other Premiership foes, Wegner became a bit criticized for juts signing four players so far and with the transfer deadline getting near.

The arrival early in summer with Borussia Mochengladbach Granit Xhaka, Rob Holding from Bolton Wanderers, Takuma Asano from Hiroshima Sanfrecce and prospect Kelechi Nwakali from Diamond Prospect Academy.

As many feared that after seeing an array of injuries to key players in the Gunners initial eleven, and so far in the transfers market, little the Londoners did to lure the wish players its Boss desired. Suddenly a glimpse of hoe became visible with the arrival of Valencia Centre back Shkodran Mustafi and Deportivo La Coruña striker Lucas Perez.

Arsene Wegner may have the players he much desired and needed in the last minute to plug its defense holes as well address its needs, the Arsenal squad may be on route to another stellar but not spectacular campaign.

With the probabilities of lifting the much-coveted Barclays Premier League shield and the UEFA Champions League trophies are a long shoot but not an impossible ones as this club has a stash of talent in its ranks to outlast any of this league opponents.

The Gunners seeded in thirteenth place after losing to Liverpool in a stunning match and drawing with the defending champions Leicester City at King Power Stadium and closing august with another road match at Vicarage Park against Watford.

This squad prospects look very positive, a win can uplift Wegner, and his Boys towards the league top dominated once again by Manchester’s pride in Man City and United accompanied by Hull City and Chelsea.

Once again, this squad is to fight its way up the table and with hopes of making a run for the league shield as well making a decorous set of performances in the always-competed Champions League.

In the case of Arsene Wegner always, bitter and disputed battles with its foe Jose Mourinho now with Manu, as well front a Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pochettino and Antonio Conte. Here he has to prove why he can be the best and prevail over these big guns Bosses to outperform them in the field.

The only minus he has with his club is that many of his European players after this past EURO we can see a sort of fatigue or possibly some injuries after the strenuous work exposed during this event as well the Gunners return from their North America tour.

Still the Gunners have a top rated Academy and its prospects ready to make the big jump with many young guns looking forward to make the big jump into the big squad and prove how valuable their game is, something that Wegner must take advantage now!

The road to the top highlights many obstacles and challenges ahead for Wegner and his Arsenal Boys, looking forward to break long drought of league titles and despite winning back-to-back shields in the FA and FA Community Cups, still their followers insist on seeing a Barclay’s Premiership Shield ASAP.

Many will ask themselves is this will be the year of the Gunners or just another finish among the top four as always, the question may be answered at the end of this campaign, one thing this club has a lot to show off and meet its opposition with a good standing.
