Crystal Palace looking to fly high in this edition of Premiership

The day Alan Pardew became the Eagles Manager, many in Premiership circles labeled it as a very bold and amazing move, but for a Manager all of a sudden switching teams in the middle of the campaign, is something unbelievable.

Considered it as an all-around coup in Premiership circles and leaving the Magpies without a leader, in the case of the Eagles, being the overall winners of this deal, especially its front office making the right moves in the right time.

All of a sudden, the Crystal Palace squad campaign took a turn for the better and with a promising outlook to make a decent run and finish well above the relegations spots.Especially to pave this club future and rebuild it into a total contender as well looking ahead of many years to come, playing with the big guns of Premiership.

Still this club has a lot of ground to cover and to make it as one entity that can shake things up in the big circuit, which will be one intrepid act of bravery or luck.

One thing this club known for is its game when they come all inspired and defiant, as many in league circles can really show their respects when they play the Palace Boys, as these can play the role of spoilers to any club in league play.

As well be a force not to be reckon with is the image for some clubs, especially the so-called big guns.

As last campaign despite the arrival of Yohan Cabaye to these parts of London, the prospects of seeing an upgrade in this club attack and game getting a boost became null for the Eagles- that had a modest campaign in league play.

Even though Londoners almost caressed the relegation spots at one time, as a this squad meltdown in the second half, something that Manager Pardew first full year experiencing a certain lack of stellar players to do the job. By resting, some of its starters and sending a message to the club top brass of a need of more reinforcements.

Despite last campaign struggles, Alan Pardew feats and overcoming his squad collapse, he still managed to get his Boys to play into one of England most important event.

With the possibility of netting an important trophy to this club shells, by getting into the final of the always prestigious FA Cup at Wembley Stadium, by playing a renewed Manchester United of then Louis Van Gaal. The odds were a bit in favor for the Manchester Boys, still the Palace eleven played one amazing match, and opening the score with a shoot from Jason Puncheon for the 1-0.

At the end Crystal Palace, succumb to a fighting Red Devils squad to a score in extra time, via a Jesse Lingard shoot in the 118th minute for the final score of 2-1, but the achievement performed by a small club.

Alan Pardew is entering in his second campaign, his seriousness of reinforcing his side with three players during the transfer window and before this closes, the possibilities abound for a couple more lads to reinforce this squad weakness.

The arrival of Steve Mananda goalkeeper from Marseille comes as a reference from his compatriot Yohan Cabaye and now teammate, with this chap impressive background the Glaziers now have a sort of security in its posts.

The arrivals of Andros Townsend- Newcastle United midfielder and with Cabaye in this position both can make a one two punch in their attack missing some dynamics and with defender James Tomkins from West Ham United will add some depth to the backfield of the Eagles.

As the odds, do not favor heavily this squad, their hopes deposited on their new players and their returning ones to make a strong show in this upcoming edition of Premiership and see them once again in the finals of the FA Cup.
