Major League Soccer 2017 Campaign- Houston seeking a return to its old glories

After experiencing back-to-back campaigns with very demoralizing records lately, the Houston Dynamo top brass has decided to reinforce its squad, by making it into an all-around competitive and resilient squad.

As the Houston Boys, looking to shake off some of that losing streak that has endured for three campaigns and this time has to be a merrier one after seeing how the league in this 2017 will be one contested tourney.

After this club inception in Major League Soccer, this squad in its first two campaigns won the league shield in a consecutive way, making it a total headliner and seen as one tough entity to beat.

Still the downfall of this squad in the past three years has made the front office of this squad to consider its reinforcing many of its spots and look for the best way possible to make a total comeback into the league top spots.

The way to become a contender once again is to get top rated players, that can deliver when needed and for its Manager Wilmer Cabrera that will enter its full season and will be put on a test of his abilities.

So far, in the Western Conference with the arrival of a new member in the Minnesota United the prospects of seeing a much-contested campaign is in the works, as the preseason will be valuable to Manager Cabrera to implement his strategies with success.

After an exodus of players that their contracts expired or not being in the plans of its Boss, the arrival of new faces to BBVA Stadium will be to try out and shake things up in this campaign in making a triumphant return to the postseason.

Considered this as an utmost challenge and ideal for their Man at the helm, to make it into the league grand fete of the payoffs and possibly try to win a couple of trophies in the Supporters Shield and the US Open Cup.

The new arrivals in Liga MX Monterrey Alberth Elis, Saprissa Adolfo Machado, Rommell Quioto, Deportivo Cali David Cabezas, LA Galaxy A.J. De La Garza, Vicente Sanchez, Leonardo, and Dylan Remick from the reentry draft.

Very well the Dynamo signing of American USMNT international DaMarcus Beasley that will bring his leadership and many years of experience that will be plenty of positive influence in the Dynamo initial eleven.

With back-to-back home matches, the Houston Dynamo could not ask for a better start when they face on March 4 on opening day, playing the 2016 league champions the Seattle Sounders and their second match against the Columbus Crew.

As both of these matches to play at BBVA Stadium, the Dynamo will be looking forward to capture its first two wins of the campaign and with the advantage of playing at home.

For the Houston Bunch, this 2017 will be one challenging one as for all the squads in Major League Soccer, which will have a lot to prove and deliver a successful campaign ahead to its followers.

In the case of the Dynamo, their compromise with their followers will be to shake off the negative effects of campaigns past and deliver, but one thing this squad runs in this campaign will be below the postseason spots.
