One heartbreaking draw at Anfield

Playing at home, the Liverpool Reds do not walk alone, but today was the exception as a battling and persistent Chelsea Blues squad doing the ultimate to at least rescue a point and deny the locals the satisfaction of a win.

As the Pensioners Boss Antonio Conte making all the right moves and changes in his initial eleven starting lineup at the end paid off and rescue a point for a draw with the essence of a win and upset.

So far, for Liverpool its defensive backfield is raising many red flags as in midweek in Champions League these sporting a three-goal lead at the end they surrendered in what seemed as an easy win and ended with a draw against Sevilla.

Today despite their extraordinary scorer, Mohamed Salah in the 65 minute to give Liverpool the lead shortly as the visiting Blues equalize in the 85 via Willian to deny the Reds the win that could uplifted them in the overall table.

Instead, they are on 5th place with a point lead over Arsenal and the Londoners have a match against Burnley on Sunday, a Gunner win could move the Reds back to sixth place.

Still the outcome today would be a bit different if the Reds backfield would hold on to persevere for the win and exposing of an immediate overhaul come winter markets to add to its ranks with a couple of fullbacks ready to do the job.

Off course if these are to aspire for something big in the end of the campaign.

Liverpool cannot let go of matches that are sentenced to be in their favor and not conform themselves with just a lone score against foes of the quality as the one they had today at home as these do not hesitate to deliver an all-around spoil.

Also to make things worse Willian came as a substitution on the 83 along with Cesc Fabregas 74 and Pedro in the 77, being this moves for Conte on target and for Willian one two combination with Eden Hazard providing the pass for the Brazilian finish.

As for Jürgen Klopp seeing his lead going away by a recently incorporated Willian, not only silencing the whole of the Kop as well this move will be a nightmarish recollection that he would certainly will like to forget.

Very well seeing how his Italian nemesis making some moves in his defense to five men and playing at the end in a very stingy formation making the moves for Klopp of incorporating Mane, Lallana and Wijnaldum not effective.

Still the match all afternoon did not had any elements to be considered a yawner as both squads in both halves did showed off their mettle and intents of trying to open up the score, unfortunately going into halftime the score was tied to zero goals.

Next week seems like an easy enterprise for both squads as Liverpool going to Stoke and Chelsea playing at home against troubled Swansea; these two would not have any troubles of winning on tier compromises.

At the end what a match these two squads offer to a sold out Anfield seeing a struggle of strategies between both squads managers looking forward to net the win and at the end they had their fair share of points.
