Welcome to MLS FC Cincinnati

Hail to the new member of Major League Soccer FC Cincinnati looking forward to take over Major League Soccer by storm in their upcoming debut on March 2 against the Seattle Sounders at Century Link Park.

For a the Midwest side ever since that friendly game against Premiership Side Crystal Palace on July 16, 2016 by capturing many headlines after their record setting attendance for a soccer match in the state of Ohio in front of 35, 061 at Nippert Stadium.

Ever since such episode the numbers of fans in Queen City continued with their utmost support for their squad in their adventure in USL, setting all sorts of records for a club participating in a so-called formative league.

However, ever since this event the FCC became the center of attention for MLS commissioner, following this franchise closely that in 2017 this club out its bid for a franchise to come and play but in in America top association.

After that may of 2018 in front of a huge crowd, the FCC officially became a part of Major League Soccer to make its debut on 2019 and to open their own venue called West End Stadium to open in 2021.

For a club ready to make its debut, its front office is hard at work to give their current manager Alan Koch a contender in its Orange and Blue, that the club in the course of its USL campaign these started making all sorts of moves in getting important players.

As the first signings the club had were Fanendo Adi (Portland Timbers) and Fatai Alashe (San Jose Quakes) on July 31, 2018, and after the season ended the FCC hit gold with notable players in the expansion draft.

So far, the FCC has landed the likes of Alvas Powell on trade from Portland Timbers, creating a reunion with Adi and Darren Mattocks this reunion of this former Rose City squad seeing the continuance of their careers in the Midwest.

For the club front office hard at work on the trading block, these have landed quality players in defenders Greg Garza (Atlanta United) and Kendall Waston (Vancouver Whitecaps) and midfielder Victor Ulloa (FC Dallas).

The Orange and Blue hit gold with the arrival of goalie Przemislav Tyton free from Spain La Liga Deportivo La Coruña adding the likes of Leonardo Bertogne (Young Boys) and Mathieu Deplagne (Estac Troyes).

In addition, of netting important players in MLS Super draft these added the likes of their number one draftee in midfielders Frankie Amaya and Tommy McCabe, defender Logan Gdula, and GK Ben Lundt.

The FCC is betting on young talent to start making a total impact in the future of this club in the big circuit and make a decorous run in their first year as manager Koch is betting to seize a postseason spot in the end.

In the end I cannot wait for another contested Derbies between the FCC and its cross state rival to be the Columbus Crew in what many already have dubbed the Hell is Real Derby, as the MLS draft continues and other moves.

For a club with an established fan base and its numerous supporters groups in the Die Innenstadt, The Legion, The Pride, Queen City Firm and the Briogaid, this campaign will be one amazing one for the new kids on the block.
