After their promotion campaign and brushing near relegation, manager Chris Houghton is looking to avoid another near scare for him and his Seagulls. For Brighton Hove and Albion is back to the drawing board and its group of avid directives aiming for many years in the ranks of Premiership.

By incorporating new faces and this club being very active in the transfers market, tells you many of this squad goals of becoming a true contender and aiming even for a European spot.

So far, this club has pen several players of high caliber, the idea is to mount the levels of internal competition with these new chaps looking forward to a prolific and memorable afternoons in AMEX Stadium.

Last year after being so close to returning to Championship via relegation, this coastal based club is now arming itself to the teeth to make a decorous stand and maybe the man in its helm take them to the Promised land.

At the end, finishing 15th after this club got serious in not going down in their first year of debut, return to the big circuit, this time will be the charm, and deliver a fighting campaign in old Falmer Stadium.

As the Albion crew are aware of what is ahead in another contested edition of England’s top association and the way many of its squads are arming themselves and looking forward to a successful campaign.

In these players, the Albion squad has deposited their trust and all around confidence to turn things around and make them a tough not to be mess with by boosting their game too; the aims are to make a tough client for any of its competitors here in Premiership.

After thirteen players leaving this club, the directives went on the arduous task of finding the ideal players that can adapt immediately in Chris Houghton game plan and new project he has envisioned for this club.

Among one of the areas that manager Houghton is been working arduously to reinforce is his defensive backfield, with a couple of top caliber defenders and two promising goalkeepers to stand out this club defensive game.

With three defenders in Bernardo Fernandes Da Silva from RB Leipzig, Leon Balogan- Mains 05, Joe Tomlinson- Yeovil Town and two promising goalkeepers in Hugo Keto and Jason Steele, the Albion boys are looking good. Moreover, the additions of forward Florin Andone from La Coruña by far are complementing the transfers market for Albion.

Come Saturday august 11, the Seagulls will pair up against Watford at Vicarage Road for their first test of the campaign, in the end Brighton & Hove Albion will finfish around 11th or 13th place in the campaign.
