Welcome back to Premiership Cardiff City

The Bluebirds are back in Premiership, ever since their demotion on the 2013-14 campaign this Welsh side has been hard at work in the ranks of Championship, and netting their comeback with a direct pass after finishing second behind the Wolves.

For manager Neil Warnock is Déjà vu one more time in his return to Premiership this time with CCFC, and looking forward to a prolific campaign after his squad under direction made a triumphant return.

With the excitement of EPL retuning to Cardiff City Stadium and its all-around loyal fans looking forward to an exciting ride in what promises to be a challenging campaign for their CCFC.

So far, in the transfers market no big names signings due to this club limited and austere budget that cannot compete with the likes of the so-called giants of Premiership, still these are ready to put on a hardened fight.

Still the club has gotten a hold of several players considered important in the game plan that manager Warnock planning to front a competed campaign in the big circuit and make a notable run in the season.

The arrival of players from other Championship entities in Josh Murphy- Norwich City, Greg Cunningham- Preston, Alex Smithies- Queens Park Rangers and Bobby Reid- Bristol City. The Bluebirds are reinforcing their offensive and defensive attacks.

In addition, of assuring important players considered crucial for their promotion in Icelander Aron Gunnarsson, Junior Hoilett, Joe Bennett and Neil Etheridge have committed to new deals in CCS.

As the transfers market is about to close down maybe in the next days the directives of CCFC will make a move to bring a player or two to reinforce the current roster that its majority are returning to take on their new contests.

For now, the City Boys are busy at work in the preseason playing a series of friendlies and for manager Warnock looking to who will be a part of its initial eleven to front what seems to be a contested campaign in the ranks of Premiership.

One thing for sure I will miss after Cardiff City promotion will be the South Wales Derbies against Swansea City as the Swans, relegated last campaign to Championship, missing the excitement these contests bring from these two Welsh sides.

To conclude the Cardiff City Bluebirds are back and ready to rock the foundations of the English Premier League, nothing fancy of players or big monies spent in the transfers market, as manager Neil Warnock is readying his troops for an all-around contest.

However, his goals will be set of staying put for another campaign and prevent his squad to be in the infamous last three spots that condemn teams to relegation. For Neill Warnock and company they must take advantage of their condition of playing at home and not surrendering any points as well looking forward to an important result away.

If this squad saves itself from relegation a spot finish in 15 or 16th place will be their destiny and prediction in their return to play against the Big Boys of Premiership.
