Rafael Benitez relieved after his Magpies win

Playing like their good old days, the Geordies delivered a one of a kind win sans their Boss Rafael Benitez on the sidelines after the Spaniard being out after a surgery and seeing how his Boys delivered.

Yes, a very important win after playing as a visitor by edging the local Swans squad by just a single goal and delivering three points of gold.

They’re back the Magpies are back exhibiting their one of a kind game, that has delivered many memorable moments in this club history since being in the ranks of the English Premier League.

With a lone score from their captain, Jamal Lascelles on the 76 broke the deadlock that delivered for the visiting Toon Boys as well moving on up the overall table to tenth place after posting their second win in a consecutive way.

Despite their slow start and back-to-back losses to Tottenham and their former's Championship foes Huddersfield Town, for Rafael Benitez this was enough by rallying and organizing his squad and voila, results speak for themselves.

Now their next compromise to play Stoke that after their spoiler in this weekend by tying Manu mow the Geordies have their hands full in facing a resilient and hard fighting Potter squad despite these playing at Saint James Park as a local.

Even though the locals showing off new faces in its roster with Renato Sanches and a returning Wilfred Bony to this club and the Portuguese being in the lineup since the get go, little they did and in spite of their home field advantage.

Little these did to try at least to even the scores with just minutes to go in the match, as the Magpies backfield did rise to the occasion to put an abrupt halt to the local’s intent to put the ball behind the posts defended by Rob Elliot.

As we speak about heroics and all-around of efforts to stop cold the Swans offensive might that could put this game away with Tommy Abraham, Alfie Mawson that brought some discomfort to the visitor’s keeper.

Still Newcastle United fortunes never let go and these seeing how newcomers Renato and Bony not delivering, at the end the sight of pure joy for Ashley and Benitez to see the Toon Boys persevere with a much valuable win.

A win away is what the doctor prescribed for Rafa as he saw in disbelief but with a renewed joy how his Premiership project is finally catching on for his squad and leveling his side campaign with a much needed boost of confidence.

Oh, what a relief it is this win brings for this squad looking forward to many memorable moments like since their return to the big circuit of Premiership were they belonged and hope is to extend their stay for many years to come.

For Swansea manager Paul Clement this loss is a wakeup call after his side once again could deliver as a home side and for Newcastle Rafael Benitez, again he is back to the drawing board in how to direct his team to extend their lead and score when opportunity knocks.

In addition, the other challenge for the Spaniard will be to continue the momentum and positive streak his squad has gotten into and not letting it go, being this one of his utmost of goals in the rest of this campaign.

A nice win, oh what a relief it is!
