Perfection continues for Wagner and his Terriers

The Yorkshire Boys are living up one fairy tale of a campaign, after delivering a one of a kind and amazing win over their Championship foes Newcastle United.

Perfection continues for the Terriers since their promotion to Premiership.

So far back-to-back wins in the campaign, the dream start for the Huddlersfield Town bunch is catching all sorts of attention from everyone in Premiership after their amazing start.

With two games in the campaign after that opening day, result at Selhurst Park being their first test in the nascent campaign, that 3-0 win over Crystal Palace in an away match became sufficient for this club sudden momentum.

As the day finally came for the Terriers were to make their long awaited debut at home to a sold out John Smith Stadium, in a match considered as a sort of reunion with their former Championship foes Newcastle United.

An endeavor that look challenging but with the remnants of a notable win over the Londoners a week ago, became sufficient motivation ahead of this match for the Town manager David Wagner, sending his best armada to front a tough Geordies.

If you recall the Magpies were the overall trophy winners and getting their automatic promotion as well the second place Brighton after both squad displayed a one of a kind campaigns to consume their feats.

Not as the Town Boys had to endure the pain of the playoffs between four squads those at the end the final between them and heavily favorite Reading, the Yorkshire Boys define it with courage to be the third squad promoted to the big circuit.

Nothing but perfection continues to rein in the Terriers side, as today's match with an opportune one two combination and a prime assistance from Elias Kachunga to Aaron Moy in the 50 minute.

That was enough to send sending the whole colossus of Huddersfield’s Stadium Way into frenzy!

Yes, that lonely score was enough to send the low flying Magpies packing home with their second defeat of this campaign and putting its manager Rafael Benitez a tough series of challenges ahead to prevent another debacle of his squad.

So far, the Town Boys are in second place with two wins and six points behind Manchester United that leads the pack with six points too and a far better goal differential, but that does bother Wagner.

As his main plans were to perform in this campaign and assure his squad a permanency in the top flight by delivering important results with his Boys and by far these are playing like an already established Premiership team.

Not only a perfect start for Huddersfield Town but they are the third squad after its promotion to Premiership to deliver such a feat as well  back to back clean sheets for its keeper Jonas Losl thanks to his squad stingy defensive backfield.

Alongside of seeing how today match was very disputed and fought between these two former promotion league foes, reminiscent their last campaign face offs and today the Huddersfield Boys delivered with style.

After seeing how the NU side reactions throughout the match trying in vain to score the equalizer, at the end the perseverance of the locals came out and at the end the match ended with a 1-0 win over a tough Tyne- Daly bunch.

At the end the Town Boys are enjoying a one of a kind start of this new endeavor in the English Premier League and looking forward to a notable finish as well see the day of another campaign in the top circuit.

For next week, the Terriers are to face off another hardened and difficult to play squad in the Southampton Saints, these coming with a positive energy after their win yesterday at home over a renewed Hammers squad.
