After the miracle of
Leicester City, anything is within reach and possible for any squad in the
English Premier League and for Eddie Howe and his AFC Bournemouth Cherries they
are not exempt of making a stellar run in this upcoming edition of Premiership.
As the Cherries and
their Boss Eddie Howe, are ready to front another challenging and contested campaign
in the world’s top ranked league.
With new faces and
players to reinforce its most vulnerable areas, the Cherries Manager is putting
a one of a kind and combative squad to make a better run towards the league top
spots as well trying to net a European spot or some shields.
After last campaign
where the Bournemouth Boys made a statement of staying put and not going down
to the relegation league, this club persistence and dynamic game made it
possible for their permanency.
One thing we saw from
this club front office- was its desire and attempts of assembling a competitive
squad for the man once touted as the possible Boss of the English National Team
as well seen as one of the most successful managers in Premierships in its
immediate future.
Still in this coming campaign,
Eddie Howe and his scouts went on the arduous task of netting the best talent
to cover his squads most vulnerable and in need. Therefore, his club top really
opened up the wallet and got several key signings that will make a stand if not
the difference for this club.
The arrival from
Liverpool in wonder kid Jordan Ibe coming with a hefty price tag of £15 million
alongside kid wonder and U-19 Lewis Cook from Leeds United, somehow opens up
the prospective of this club becoming a contender. Very well a force no to be
messing with, alongside of making a stand against anyone of the so-called
giants of tis league with a more competitive approach and football as well.
The buck does not
stop here for this club, with other additions in Emerson Hyndman, Nathan Ake,
Lys Mousset, Mark Travers and Michael Ndjoli, it looks like the AFC squad is
ready to start making some noise. As the Cherries, continue making all sorts of
announcements, by far these chaps will be delighted to be under the orders and
direction of their new captains in Simon Francis and Andrew Surman.
With a busy agenda already
in their preseason, the AFC Boys are ready to make their debut on august 14 at
home in Vitality Stadium to face Jose Mourinho Manchester United Boys in what
will be put in evidence the work in the preseason by Manager Eddie Howe. After their
home opener, the Cherries will be playing two back to back matches at London’s Olympic
Stadium against West Ham United and then to Selhurst Park to play Crystal
Palace.
At the end, the AFC
Bournemouth is ready and inspired to put on a stellar and prolific campaign for
tis followers, you never know what this club can achieve during this campaign
to begin of the English Premier League.
One thing this club
will have at the start of this campaign, is high spirits and a dreams of making
all around history as the way the Foxes did it, these Cherries are for real and
they can do it with style.
