Dundalk FC ready for its upcoming Champions compromise

For Stephen Kenny Lilywhites, this weekend in the league of Ireland, they headline it with a nice and one of kind win over another contender in the Seagulls of Bray.

With a 3-0 rout over a troubled Bray Wanderers squad, Kenny and his bunch made a lot of progress over Cork City in the table with just a 12 points lead.

Four wins and a row and counting for the Lilywhites, as every match played by them these do it with a preparation purpose on the eve of their Champions League knockout rounds against Norwegian side BK Rosenburg.

As the Louth County squad readies for another adventure in the European theaters, these are playing a one of a kind football and showing off their might that deliver them a spot in the Europa League.

So far, everything looks like it’s going for the Dundalk squad way and its Boss Stephen Kenny, ahead of their test of fire in the Champions League as well keeping a close tab on  their archrivals the Cork City squad.

As many discards the Lilywhite’s out of the race for the SSE League shield, Kenny and company are not convinced and he and his bunch are keeping a strong pace on their quest to the league top once again.

Alongside of defending their hard fought shield and go for a fourth one with a blink of an eye from the Rebel Army and with time on their side as well these not having after July the services of Sean Maguire and Kevin O’ Connor to Preston North End.

Here for manager Kenny is an all-around break for him and his bunch, as both valuable players that have contributed for City in this perfection of a campaign are leaving Turners Cross to their new Championship adventure.

Also the arrival of Bray Wanderers Dylan Connolly will be essential in Dundalk FC upcoming league challenge as well its European one that the new winger will be an asset in his new squad attack.

After a 3-0 win recently with a Robbie Benson double in the 2 and 26 minutes and Patrick Mc Eleney in the 63, the streak is on and closing the gap on the overall league table.

Now their next set of challenges at Dalymont Park to play a reviving Bohemians squad as an away match will be another one of a kind challenge to play in Dublin’s colossus of Phibsborough.

At the end, the return of the Lilywhites to league primetime is back and another win this will become a reason for first place leader Cork and its Boss John Caulfield to start their worrying of the Town Boys current streak.

One thing for sure the Dundalk FC squad is back and ready to make a stand in both Ireland and Champions leagues.
