With an anemic attendance
in Friday night match at Carlisle Grounds, shows off how the negative effect continues
to spiral against a low flying Bray Wanderers squad.
Despite their trouble
Chairman Resignation, which did not solved any of the Gulls problems.
At the contrary, the Bray
squad and players are in a complete state of disarray of knowing where their
pay will come from, especially when their team is going from a tough financial chaos
and adversity.
If not seeing the possibilities
of its complete disappearance.
So far the Gulls have
recorded their fourth loss in a row and with the only solution for their Boss
Harry Kane are to give his players a sort of positive incentive to see if these
rebound and return to their lost winning ways.
However, this loss
for the Gulls puts them on fifth place within four points on striking distance
of the Bohemians who came this weekend with a big win after defeating the
Shamrock Rovers in the always-contested Dublin Derby.
This was a one of a
kind game for the visiting Harps, who did coma all around inspired and looking
forward to be as fare way from the relegation spots and lately these are
playing a very ambitious game of football.
As Ollie Horgan the
Harps Boss did see with joy how his side is suddenly leveling their game and possibly
their campaign, so at the end of this they don’t have to be embroiled in the so
called fight for their survival.
After seeing his
squad in the second half how they earned the advantage with the home team loss
of their keeper via a red card, still the locals did put on a fight and almost
drew or took a turn in favor of them.
With early scores and
dominance in the first half, the Finn boys went up the score with scores from Eddie
Dsane in the 24 and Mark Timlin 44, going into halftime intermission the visitors
was much in control of this match.
Still the don’t count
the Bray Boys out of this contest until the fatidic red to Peter Cherrie on the
65 minute and in disadvantage but still this squad is a fighter and does not give
up easily.
The Gulls via Aaron
Greene, cutting the lead in the 71 and putting some pressure on the visitors,
as the locals became a raging bull pressuring despite their keeper expulsion.
In addition, Ryan
Brennan answered the response by the Harps immediately as Ibrahim Keita scoring
the go-ahead and winning goal of the match in the 84 minute and despite the
effort in the 87.
With the second half
were the match became a little leveled and the Seagulls started generating plays
of danger in the posts of Ciaran Gallagher, the Harps backfield did hold its
ground for the win.
A living shame if the
directives of Bray Wanderers allow seeing this squad go down the tubes and
disappear of the league of Ireland due to its economic restraints, will someone
rescue this squad.
As these Seagulls have potential as last
campaign they show it and in this edition until the already familiar scene, Harry
Kane had an all-around contender in Bray.
Save Carlisle Grounds and its Bray
Wanderers!
