Despite the loss North Ireland readies for the playoffs

Call it a touch of luck or just helped by the Scots after their disastrous tie against Slovenia opened the doors for Michael O’ Neill and his Green and White Army and leaving many open possibilities to snatch a spot for the grand celebration of football.

Despite the harrowing losses against Germany and Norway, to an own goal, and deliver the Norwegian a win to say goodbye at least with three mingy points for their lost cause.

For the few attendees in a near to empty Ullevaal Stadium, displayed a somber celebration.

That became a sort of celebration after the North Ireland squad heard of the results that Scotland failed to deliver when they needed in what would been a valuable win for them.

Now for the North Ireland Boss Michael O’ Neill it is back to the drawing board and sees that will be their next challenge in the rival to appoint to his squad and to look for that coveted spot this squad is looking forward to seize.

This squad initial eleven plagued with a variety of talented chaps can make all sorts of history if these deliver the unthinkable of delivering the impossible of netting a spot to Mother Russia.

However, the Northern Boys fought of in every minute after the disastrous own goal by one of their defenders and believe after this match the nervousness is over for these people but the spark of making all sorts of feats with their football squad.

There is quite a mountain to climb that not impossible after their past EURO participation that culminated with a disappointing elimination in the top rounds, after this squad showed off its poise.

Now to wait as the GAWA is in need of results this upcoming Monday with Wales missing out again and France do not finishes second in their group alongside Sweden getting the upset against low flying Netherlands.

This can deliver a seeded spot for the Northern Boys.

For the Norn Iron is time to rest and leave this hectic qualifiers first round behind and regroup as a team and connect in how will be the best way to make a successful run that will deliver them the promise land of the world cup.

The wait for the draw on the playoff will take place on October 17 and here we will see who will be the foe to face off and their hopes are on the likes of Italy or Portugal will not be in this squad destiny.

At the end the Green and White Army is up and ready and these can play against whoever they are fared up with, this squad football is filled with a lot of young an experienced lads looking to perform in the grand world stage.

Destiny is on this squad hands, will they capitalize on the moment?
