Goodison Park needs a new leader, at the cry of now!

Yes, we may state that Everton is in need of a man to guide this squad to better positions as well as far away from the abyss of relegation; situated currently in it, after a series of failed results.

As Ronnie Koeman after getting his wish list and making this club known in the past to be a bit conservative in its expenditures, this campaign made record investments that left many in Premiership a bit in awe.

Getting players that will come in handy and after a promising start in league play and a grand performance in the Europa League were they got their pass to the knockout rounds, and all of a sudden, everything crumbled.

Despite the likes of Wayne Rooney and Gylfy Sigurdsson arriving with an entourage of other fifteen player’s accompanying them in a bid to uplift this club above its competition and this time, deliver a possible fairy tale of a campaign.

As the specter of a much-contested league, once again is making its presence strongly and Koeman dismissal makes him the second men, which has costed already their jobs.

As the question arises in who and what kind of manager, this club needs.

The list goes on as many English tabloids reported what is ideal, and possible to the lavishly monies spent in players that so far are in need of some guidance to follow a game they are accustomed to display proudly in the field.

Now the need for a successor and man that will inject a new dynamism to this squad sorry game will be one of the utmost of needs to make this squad workout as expected, forget cup play at least salvage the campaign.

Very well making this entity a competitive not a sorry one!

So far, twelve men have made the wish list from unemployed, Americas Major League Soccer, academy and former managers make up this list, that names of the likes of former Bayern Munich Carlo Ancelotti, Republic of Ireland Martin O’ Neill or Celtic Brendan Rodgers heading the list.

Still a couple of names bring the attention from the group in Sean Dyche and Eddie Howe, both considered as the most promising of managers to one day be in charge of the helm of the English National Team.

Despite the interim position given to former Evertonian great- David Unsworth after being in charge of the development academy of this club and considered a prolific one and already doing this positon for the second time when he replaced Roberto Martinez.

They have the choice to give their former Captain the opportunity he desires.

However, something that the club directives do not want to do at this point, is to run experiments and see this fail putting an end to a failed tenure submerged in the relegation abyss for good.

A big name or a new one to see a breakthrough, and mostly his major impact of not only making this club a contender but put order and lower the players egos a little bit down and restore mostly their  confidences back.

A the sound of now this club needs a man that can level the campaign domestically and on the international levels but with a certain doubt salvage their European adventure, seen as a million to one chances.

For a club that youth is its prime and considered to have one of the best youth academies in this league alongside Southampton and Tottenham to mention a few, the need of the next manager is find a striker that immediately can succeed the likes of Romelu Lukaku.

A man with vision and courage is what this club needs to guide this club finally into the lineup of the so-called giants of Premiership, with their potential and promise in its roster, this club can fly high but at the sound of now.
